Large capacity that cleans clothes rather quickly. It does makes some soft noises during operation, but certainly not an issue.

The app is wonderful! You're paying a bit of a premium to hook it up to your phone, but having that push notification to know when the washer is done so it eliminates the guessing game is fantastic. This washer is quite heavy, and it was a challenge to bring it down my basement stairs. However, wonderful product, clothes are clean on round 1, spin cycle gets them very dry as well.

The LG washer is the best we have ever used. It cleans better and is very quiet. There are plenty of different settings and the steam feature is great. I really like the speed wash. The instructions are the only thing that I do not like. I wish it had a list of what each setting does exactly.

A very efficient machine. I pared it with an LG dryer. Using the LG ThinQ app and it informs me when either machine has finished a load. The dryer then automatically sets a drying recommendation for the load coming out of the washer. The water and energy savings were immediately noticed. The clothes are noticeably cleaner. VERY HAPPY with the LG Washer.

Outstanding washing machine; it has state of the art programming and washes clothes faster, using less laundry soap, that other convention front-load washers. My wife and I would highly recommend this model front-load washer to anyone in the market for an effective, efficient washing machine. We got ours at Best Buys at a reasonable price for a washer of this high quality.

CAN FIT A GIANT LOAD. FAST WASH IS MY FAVORITE SETTING, CLOTHES GET DONE IN 15 MINUTES WITHOUT SMELLING MOLDY. SPIN CYCLE ALMOST HAS THEM DRIED WITHOUT DRYING THEM. EASY CLEAN TUB CYCLE. SINGS TO YOU WHEN ITS DONE WASHING.

Nice and quiet. Love all the features included in the different wash cycles.

Haven’t had this washer very long, but I am very pleased with it. Easy to use, though there was no direction manual included. You have to go online! Not a good idea for the Boomers! And luckily I got one of my pedestals free or I wouldn’t have purchased them. That’s ridiculous that the pedestals are that expensive.

Really a good addition to my house, good performing and beautiful design.

The LG is very much like the Sears Kenmore Elite that it replaced. The old washing machine served us well and I am hoping for a similar result from this new LG. My experience with Best Buy was very good from the initial purchase through the delivery process.

I have just used this for three loads on one day but it worked fine and was somewhat intuitive. Not very noisy, did not "walk" (move in place) as some do. Did a very good washing job. Beware of inept delivery/set up crew - they installed the hoses on the wrong faucets for me - I had to trace the water lines and fix the problem before starting to use the washer.

This washing machine is very quiet. Easy to connect to wi-fi and you can know when the washing cycle has finished. The apt gives all necessary notifications.

They are very good and super comfortable. They exceeded my expectations.
