I got the corresponding dryer to this washer and couldn’t be happier with the combo. After using hand me downs for years it’s nice to be using a brand new washer/dryer combo. It’s very sleek and I’ve been impressed with all of the settings on it. I don’t see any signs of molding or any other issues that usually occur with a front loading washer. Great purchase.

Very fast wash cycles with the turbo wash, like 30 minutes per cycle. Owned it about a month so we'll see about reliability. But very nice features, take the time to set it up on your phone, wife was giddy when I found the handwash cycle on downloads. My only beef would be the manual doesnt explain much about the cycles and ways to change them.

A tremendous washing machine. I ran it on battery power and it only uses 300 to 400 watts, energy efficient. Excellent laundry. Happy with the purchase. I hope it lasts for many years.

Seems to be a good washer. Reasonably quiet and works well. I like the turbo wash function. Setting up the wifi with that app takes some patience as its not easy. Look for the barcode inside the front door. Also you need your wifi to be on 2.4 ghz and not 5.

I love how quiet the cycles run! My previous washer was so loud that is would cause the room to shake so this was a top priority for me. So far, I love everything about this washer!

Absolutely fantastic washer. Literally does everything for you. Look for open box deals, as they are usually only cosmetic. We got ours for half price and it was brand new (just a dent on the side). Highly recommended.

Love this washer. It holds a large load, it cleans well. It is quiet. The wifi option is amazing. You are able to remote start the cycle and check to see when the wash has ended. You can even select what cycle to run though the app. Plenty of different features. Looks great. I am very happy with this product.

Amazing product. Both the washer and dryer are extremely quiet, wash and dry amazingly well. Clothes come out feeling obviously soft and clean. The two together talk, meaning the washer will adjust to the load so no wasted water, and then the dryer adjusts to that same load so not to over dry clothes longer than needed. All in all, great pair.

Got this washer about 2 weeks ago to replace a leaky one. Did lots of research and LG makes the best washers and dryer so settled with this model. So far so good. Much quieter compared to my last one.

I purchased an LG Washing Machine Model# WM4000HWA on 11/29/24. On 1/7/25, the inner glass door on the unit spontaneously and completely shattered. The unit was not in use at the time when I heard a loud crashing sound and went to the unit and found broken glass on the floor and inside the machine. I immediately contacted LG Customer Service, and they refused to cover the damage under the manufacturer’s warranty and claimed it was our fault. LG claimed the damage was caused by how we used the machine, but for the 41 days we had the machine, it was probably used a dozen times with very typical clothing loads.

Before i buy this washer, I had talked with a bunch of my friend. They all recommended LG products. Then I checked consumer report site and found out that this washer and dryers are among the Top ones. It is about 7 months I’m using it. Very happy about my purchase.
