Replaced older defective washer with this new item (LG - 4.5 Ft Front Load Washer). Works great! No out of round knocking of the drum. Device quieter than the previous device.

Replaced our old set and works perfect! No complaints!

The machine works effortlessly. I am impressed with how quiet it runs. The controls are positive and easy to understand. The tub is larger than my old machine. This makes it a little more difficult to bend down and reach the back when unloading. I am 6’02” and shorter persons may not have this minor inconvenience.

My second LG washing Mashing, my first one lasted 16 years. Love how quiet it is.

Very good washer machine for a decent price. It is huge so it can fit a big load. I have a king size bed so I wash my heavy blanket and it fits. Many programs are available. Ot has an option where you can turn it on through wjfi or your phone but i didnt use that option yet so i don't know how it works.

It's a very nice washer, and goes well with the pedestal washer we got with it. Like any front loader, it's best to keep door open a little so the moisture doesn't create mildew and such. The download option is pretty cool, wish it allowed more than one at a time. The spin cycle is ridiculously fast. There was hardly a drop in the clothes.

We had a previous version of this washer for over 10 years and we loved it. The newer model takes some getting used to but it cleans just the same. My only complaint is the door. It takes a little more effort to close it than previous versions and it feels awkward. I’m afraid that I am going to break it. Otherwise we love this washer.

Owned this washer for over a year and love it. Its really good quality for its price and has many programs and options for optimized washing. Big, easy to use and adjusts washing time based off of sensing the load. Definitely recommend!

Clothes are brighter and cleaner. The detergent cup is very handy and makes pouring liquid detergent very simple while keeping the floor and machine clean. The machine is pretty quiet, however, you definitely hear the turbo mode. The towel and bedding modes work beautifully.

In a span of 3 months I had a GE, a Samsung and this LG model. The GE didnt seem very solid and was hard to get the clothes out. The Samsung just didnt get the clothes clean... THIS LG is AWESOME. My clothes are coming out clean and well rinsed. Very solid machine, high quality

Really impressed with this washer. Really does a load of laundry in 30min instead of my old LG that would take 1 hr for the same load. This washer is quite a bit quieter as well.

I love this front loading washer. My clothes come out clean and almost dry! They spend less time in the dryer so it has helped my electric bill as well.

Quiet operation and does a great job cleaning large and small loads Remember to use less soap than usual (about 3 tablespoons) for the best results.

Wife loves and girls love it. There is so much difference between the Kenmore and the LG. It is so quiet you can hardly hear it run. The music it plays when it is done is a lot better than the beeper. It plays music just like our new LG Dishwasher. When our LG dryer quits we are going to by another LG dryer.

Although we've only used the washer 5 or 6 times so far, it works well and doesn''t make excessive noise. It also plays a nice little tune when the cycle is over. We haven't used any of the "smart" functions and probably won't since it seems unduly complicated for our needs. Otherwise it seems great!
