Best washer I’ve ever had!, Best Buy always have the best deals on appliances.

Don't buy appliances from best buy go to NFM or Home Depot. Leak 20 min after install. No help from best buy. Told to call back in 24 to 48hes after system updates. Bad experience bad customer service no solution or help offered. Had to get a plumber to repair install. I could not move the washer by self. No leaks from washer or pipes. Just connections not tight and no Teflon tape.

I ordered expensive appliances, extremely frustrated with poor customer service of Best Buy. Their tech had language problem, left without installation, waited 9 days to get it and then another 7 days until someone else come to install it. I had to contact them at least 10 time, offshore staff they spoke alien language as if talking to a robot. I requested that a manager from the States call me, which never happened.
