I will say I was a little nervous about getting a new washing machine but this one has been great. Washing good, not too loud. I had a front loader before so I enjoy the top loader! No bending down! But I did have an error when I tried to wash pillows with quick wash. It didn’t spin correctly at the end and they were still soaked so I rewashed them with the normal wash and it had no problems It does get lots of fingerprints on the area where you are selecting the wash cycle and also the lid but looks awesome when it’s all wiped down.

The only thing to improve is to have all items in brighter white as they are hard to see, especially the Power and Start.

Our old front load washer's seal broke and I decided to go back to top load. This is so much quieter and more efficient. It senses the laundry load and gets the load down in 20-25 minutes less time and I feel like it is still clean without wasting the water or energy. It fits in the same amount of space but has a nice large drum of 5.5 cu. ft. I could probably do 2 loads at once! I only gave it 4 stars since I am still getting used to the new computerization on it and I couldn't see it lit up in the store. When I do a cold wash (which is all of them) my loads come out feeling warm. I'm not sure it it's from spinning or the water. There is more information in the online manual than the one they give you.

Does a good job. Sleek design. Would prefer a little more flexibility in the settings but as stated, does a good job.

Cheaply made lots of plastic in this machine. Washes fair but that's to be expected with out an agitator. Impeller washer another thing is you have to do manual setting on some loads thus machine is set up to save water and energy so most of the time you have to set the water level higher or you clothes wont come out clean. It is very quite you cant even tell if it's running. Which I would rather hear it so I know it's washing. Guess this is the future of machines. Doesn't compare to my 20 year old LG

great features easy to use the LG app works great and the notifications reminders are useful. decent wash quality and low noise so far no issues to complain about.

Beautiful, efficient machine. Cleans very well. Very quiet. Only concern is the detergent trays do not drain well at the end of the cycle-often still filled with water, hard to dry them out

I just got it because my other one had extended warranty I paid for. So far working good. Not happy with the extended warranty you have to buy through Best Buy. Not sure why I had squad and it’s in a warranty and still had to pay the difference in the new one and old. Taste weird to you. It’s not right.

Outlet store staff including the lady manager needs inservice training in regards to customer service.The washer needs to reset first prior use bec the settings that you choose will not work specifically the agitator but once it was reset everything works properly.

I originally bought this model with an agitator. It was ok, but I found that it wrinkled my clothes more than my old machine, so I switched it to the one with out an agitator. I like it so much better. It cleans my clothes well and doesn't take hours to complete one load. It is nice and big which allows me to wash a lot at a time. The only downfall, in my opinion is that it does not have a "delicate" cycle option. Nevertheless, I would recommend this washing machine!

I’m glad I spent a little more on higher end appliances for my new house. The washing machine can fit blankets, so I don’t have to go to a laundromat for my bedding, which also means they get cleaned more often. It’s a little expensive to go to a larger sized machine though

The washer itself is great however delivery with Best Buy was the worst I have ever dealt with! I would suggest to buy anywhere else besides Best Buy.

This is the best washer and dryer set I’ve ever owned. It meets all the qualifications.

As someone who loves white towels and sheets, this might not be the best washer to purchase. There isn’t a soak cycle and I haven’t figured out if there is one to download.

Appearance gets 5 star. Control Panel not as functional as my 15 year old LG washer. Hidden functions that user discovers while "baby sitting" wash cycles for water level needs. QUICK WASH cycle DOES NOT have a full tub rinse to get soap out.

No issues so far other it’s smarter than me lol. But I like the way it works so far seriously

Cleans clothes in under an hour if you use Turbo Wash. Very quiet. The one thing I don't like is that I can no longer use laundry sheets instead of liquid detergent.

Great washer... I love the sleek look of the washer. The top is black glass so you can still see the inside of the washer. It is a little noisy but it's not a big deal. It does have the compartment for your fabric softner, detergent, clorox and even powder detergent. You also have the option to bill the tub with more water with push of a button with the cycle. The clothes wash great and so far so good.

good when it working, Had line intake issues with the first one, to about a month to get it fix thru geek squad and LG but they sent me a new one and its been great.
