I love it. Very simple to use. It’s drys really well and fast.

Good looking LG washer and dryer. Work great and price was reasonable for these high tech WiFi enabled app connected pair.

Great dryer , The LG doesn’t have all the complicated bells and whistles which I like . Very happy with it

Best product and reliable product No issues, study and nice free product

So far we are waiting to get this dryer fixed as it’s not drying properly. We ordered an exchange and then the second delivery people wouldn’t install the new one because they said it was installed improperly so they wouldn’t install the second one. We are waiting for a new dryer. We will see what happens next. The installation personnel must be better.

My wife she’s happy with the washer and dryer and very good priced

The **LG 7.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Gas Dryer** in its sleek **Matte Black** finish combines cutting-edge technology with practical features, making it a standout choice for anyone looking to upgrade their laundry room. With a host of smart features, generous capacity, and a modern design, this dryer promises efficiency and convenience, though it’s not without its minor quirks. #### **Design & Build** The **Matte Black** finish of this dryer is elegant and contemporary, giving it a premium feel that would complement any modern laundry room. The **EasyLoad door**—a standout feature—has a unique dual-opening mechanism, allowing you to load and unload clothes either from the traditional top opening or by swinging the door to the side. This is a clever design that makes it easier to load large or heavy items like bedding without having to bend over awkwardly. At 7.3 cu. ft., it has ample space for most household needs, handling large loads with ease. The drum is made from high-quality materials that help prevent damage to fabrics while ensuring durability. #### **Performance** This dryer excels in its drying efficiency, particularly with **LG's Sensor Dry technology**, which uses moisture-sensing technology to adjust drying times based on the level of dampness in your clothes. This feature ensures that garments come out perfectly dry without over-drying or wasting energy. Whether you're drying delicates or heavy towels, the dryer provides consistent, even results across various fabrics. The **steam cycle** is another notable feature. It helps to refresh clothes, reduce wrinkles, and eliminate odors, making it an excellent choice for anyone who wants to keep clothes looking fresh between washes. The **Wrinkle Care** function also helps by tumbling clothes intermittently after the cycle ends to prevent wrinkles from setting in. #### **Smart Features** The integration of **smart technology** is a key selling point for this dryer. Thanks to **LG's ThinQ app**, you can monitor and control the dryer remotely using your smartphone. This means you can start, stop, or adjust drying cycles from anywhere, which is especially handy if you're running errands or multitasking around the house. The app also provides diagnostics, so if there’s ever an issue with the machine, you can get alerts and even troubleshoot with guidance directly from the app. Additionally, the dryer pairs seamlessly with **Google Assistant** and **Amazon Alexa**, allowing for voice control. This is an excellent feature for those who prefer hands-free operation. #### **Efficiency & Energy Savings** The **Energy Star** certification ensures that the LG dryer is energy-efficient, saving you money on your utility bills while being eco-friendly. The **gas-powered system** heats up faster than electric models, and with its moisture-sensing technology, it helps prevent over-drying, which in turn reduces energy waste. However, keep in mind that gas models may require professional installation, which can add to the initial cost if you don’t already have a gas hookup in your laundry area. #### **Noise Level** The dryer operates relatively quietly, thanks to its **LoDecibel™ technology**, which minimizes noise during operation. It’s not completely silent, but for most users, it will be quieter than older models, making it more comfortable for use in homes with open laundry areas or those placed near living spaces. #### **Cons** While the dryer performs admirably overall, there are a few downsides to consider: - **Price**: It is on the higher end of the price spectrum for a gas dryer, especially considering the added cost of installation if you don’t have a pre-existing gas line. - **Size**: While 7.3 cu. ft. is spacious, it might be a bit large for small households or those with limited laundry space. - **Limited Smart Features for Some Users**: While the ThinQ app and voice control are incredibly useful, some users might find them unnecessary if they prefer to operate the dryer traditionally. #### **Conclusion** The **LG 7.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Gas Dryer with EasyLoad Door** in **Matte Black** offers a fantastic combination of design, performance, and innovation. It excels in drying performance, convenience, and energy efficiency, while its smart features take it to the next level. The unique EasyLoad door is a game-changer for ease of use, and the sleek finish makes it an attractive addition to any laundry room. Though it’s a bit on the pricier side, it’s a worthy investment for those seeking a high-tech, reliable, and stylish dryer.

Love it. Big and quiet. Great dryer. I love that the door opens up two ways. The doors pulls down or opens from left to right. Easy to use and works great.

We love it, looks great, easy to run, very quiet, love the two options to open the door

I am an old-fashioned person and found this dryer to be better than when first purchased it. It can hold a king size comforter, and it is stylish to say the least. It dries well but at times it does not. I do like the dryer it took getting used to it because my old dryer was very simple. My only suggestion is please keep reading the instructions to learn how to use this new age dryer.

Absolutely love this dryer! It’s quiet and dries efficiently. I love that the door can open two different ways and the light doesn’t stay on if the doors left open (I live with a husband and children). I also really like the lint holder. At first I thought it was weird. It the design traps lint in so it doesn’t get everywhere when you pull it out. 10/10

Looks great, works great. Easy to use, and the dual hinge door is great for bulky loads. The matte black finish is a nice change in the kayndry room too.

I recently purchased this dryer, and I couldn't be more impressed with its performance! It dries clothes quickly and efficiently, even large loads, and the settings are super easy to use. I love the different drying options, which allow me to customize my settings based on fabric type and dryness level. One of the things that stands out the most is how quiet it is

Gas Dryer works efficiently and looks modern.CO2 output is barely increased while running compared to when it is not running. Large capacity is very nice for bulky bedding and towels. So the product is good but we had installers out 3 times to fix venting and connections which were not satisfactory when installed.

I'd like the ability to update this review following the first 90 days, that being stated so far this has been an excellent choice w/ exception that we purchased the electric dryer an not the gas model. The instructions were easy to understand and the dryer functioned as expected. We will have a small learning curve adjusting to the dampness controls. So far, this product meets and or exceeds our expectations. I'd also say that the delivery and installation went smoothly and the technician was professional and courteous.
