We love our decision to purchase this sidekick washer. While small in stature, it really helps to take an additional bite out of our weekly laundry pile! Decent capacity, convenient wash settings and an efficient appliance.

Its a great unit. Quick and easy for small loads. Would have given 5 stars but the design of the unit had the wiring harness on top of the slide out and after 14 months rubbed through the sheathing and shorted out. Had to get a new one.

I thought this small washer would be a waste. It is well worth it. I actually run it more that my large machine.. It is so nice to wash a large load and a load of delicates at the same time

Great for small loads. These days we also wash our Covid Cloth Masks and we don't have to wait for the other load of wash to hold up a productive day!

This is a must have. It is perfect for small loads...ie workout close, just spilt something on your favorite shirt buy do not have enough for a full load. I recommend leavingit open until tub fully dries after use as it does get musty. I have found it necessary to do the tub clean on a regular basis. Other that than it speeds up laundry time. Do your socks and underwear in it while you are doing towels in the big machine. So much time saved.

I have had this Sidekick pedestal washer from LG for about 2 months. I've used it a handful of times, and it does work, however it is not worth the normal $700+ pricetag. I purchased it on sale but still would opt for running the normal washer. The little washer does a good job of washing the items you put in it, albeit just a handful of hand towels or a few pairs of underwear. It includes a little blue silicone cup where you put in your detergent, and throw it in with the clothes. A little bell chimes when it's time for the fabric softener. It has only a few settings, which is thoughtful on LG's part. No WiFi controls or connectivity. Requires a more advanced hose and connector hook-up which Best Buy fails to provide on purchase. You are forced to purchase the steel hose and connector hook-up, but they are not the right ones, especially if your dryer has a steam function (cold water hook-up on back of that unit as well).

This "mini me" washer is a nice addition to my full size washer. I use it for small loads and delicates. I am glad it can be used at the same time as the full size washer or on its own. I am giving it 4 stars only because it does not have many options on the cycles, and it it not wifi. The wifi app shows this style can be, but I was told that the next models to come out will be. This is only a very minor issue, but it would have been nice to have it match up with the full size machines as far as wifi.

It's so delightfully excessive. I can wash my underwear and socks separately. Or wash just one shirt. Too bad they don't make a dryer pedestal too.

this unit is perfect if you have small children so you can wash their stuff separately

This concept of a smaller washer that you can run at the same time, or separately for small or delicate loads, is great! I can finish two loads in less time, and it does a good job cleaning.

The Sidekick is really a nice option to have available. I did not realize how handy it is to be able to wash just a couple of things efficiently. Consider this pedestal for your next machine.

The sidekick is great for washing delicates and smaller odd loads that are just too small for the large washer. Comes in very handy for items that I dry naturally. Love it!

The pedestal washer is a great remedy for small loads of intimates of workout clothes in between laundry day. It keeps us from the need to run the large washer for a few items.

It is very convenient to have for small loads, hand wash and delicates. It's big enough to hold a small bath mat. The only downside is the model BBY sells does not have the ability to connect with the app but the remote that they sell separately works just as well and is magnetic.

We were initially on the fence about spending the extra money on this one, but man am I happy we did!! It's so nice for a few things that missed the last load!! Or a small load of whites.
