LG - SIGNATURE SideKick 1.0 Cu. Ft. Pedestal Washer with Dual LED Display - Platinum Steel

Hello, there! Thank you for sharing your question with us about the LG SIGNATURE SideKick Pedestal Washer (WD405CS). We always want you to feel confident about your unit’s setup, and we’re here to clarify. Installation service typically includes connecting the new SideKick to your compatible main washer, but it does not cover disconnecting, lifting, or repositioning an existing washer. The LG Washer (WM9900HSA) is a large, heavy unit, and installers generally expect it to already be in place before attaching the LG Sidekick Pedestal Washer (WD405CS) beneath it. If your washer needs to be lifted or repositioned, this may require additional service or assistance outside of the standard installation package. We recommend confirming directly with Best Buy’s installation team to ensure they can provide the extra handling needed for your LG Washer (WM9900HSA). You may contact Best Buy's Customer service 1 (888) 237-8289.
