Is it safe , to keep from tipping over, to put shims under the stand to keep the /tv from leaning back ?

What size are the screws that hold the stand to the TV. The movers misplaced the screws to the stand.

The factory-original screws come with lock washers and flat washers pre-attached to help distribute weight and prevent the stand from loosening over time...^Ivan.
