I purchased the dual-layer hard shell case for my new lively smart phone. It fit the phone perfectly, easy to put on the phone and I love the pink color. It is a good protector for your phone in case you drop it.

I Love my case. It protects my Phone. It is good quality. The case makes it easy to hold on to the phone. I feel more secure when I am using the Phone with the new case. The phone was slick before the case. hard to keep it in my hands. Bernadette did an Excellent Job, as usual. She has a Lot of Knowledge about Phone Technology She is very focused and does a great job keeping all customers Happy by helping them . If she is busy, usually working on 3 peoples items at same time, she enjoys her work. It shows because different problems are easy for Her. Dedicated to her work and customers. I come back to Best Buy because Bernadette can solve All my phone Problems. Patience. She is an Angel on Earth. Give her a Raise Please. She has fixed every Problem i have had with different items. Amazing to watch her. She chose the case and put it on. worked on my Phone before that. moved items from one to other. Did a Fantastic job on that too. I keep coming back. This is a nice cover for the Jitterbug 3 Smartphone. It fits well and I like the off white color. It is a handy protector for my phone.

I LOVE this case! It protects the case so well and it fits it perfectly!! I also love the color pink, so much nicer to look at than the black.

The case for the phone fits perfect; phone itself is easy to navigate—for seniors/non-techy & ease of use is simple and seamless. I purchased one for a family member who is learning disabled & he does just fine. Color works for either a man or woman—sturdy and durable construction for shock absorption. I recommend this phone case. FYI it is more of a medium magenta—not shiny but more of a matte finish.

I really like this case the color, it is easy to find in my hand bag. It protects my phone and is easy to clean just with a Clorox wipe kills viruses.

Fits well. I like the raised edge on the screen side. Adds some weight to the device which is welcome. Armoured phone is a must.

good that Best Buy offers the exact case for particulars phones .. and not just one generic - one size "fits" (maybe) all.. It is still crazy what the price is for these protective case... Abd it was pink.

This product is well made and fits the Lively phone perfectly. The case is light weight and flexible and very protective of the device. Mine is black and is attractive as it surrounds the phone.

The product is great, just as I expect. But I would like to find a nice case that opens op to put in my purse so that my cell phone remains free of scratches and dust when it is in my purse or when I put it inside or take it out. The one I found online really does not work. I had gone to Best Buy, but the sales clerk could not find anything that fit, he said. And I still wonder...

Adds good protection to the Lively phone plus makes it easy to spot when you have misplaced it. I would definitely buy this again. Love it!

If you have the Lively Jitterbug Smart3, this is the obvious case for it. (It doesn't fit the Smart2.) It's good quality and it fits well.

It fits perfectly and even bounces. It looks similar to a more expensive case.
