While it is primarily intended to pair with the Lockly Pro lock, it might be compatible with other Lockly models, like the Lockly Plus, depending on the firmware and compatibility. However, Lockly generally recommends using the hub that is designed for each specific model to ensure optimal performance and functionality. If you want to pair a Lockly Plus model with the Wi-Fi hub from a Lockly Pro model, it’s best to check with Lockly support to confirm compatibility.
Q: Will this work on a Wrought Iron Entry Gate?
A: Our Lockly Secure Pro can work on an iron gate, but we recommend verifying measurements first and additional drilling may be required, therefore, please reach out to our customer service team at 669-500-8835 or by email at [email protected], we'd love to see photos of the gate so we can help you assess the requirements.
A: The locks can be rekeyed to a compatible key. These use a Schlage style key. They are not compatible with a Kwikset style key.
Q: How many pin codes can you have
A: You can issue 15 Pin codes to Trusted Users or Guests on top of the 1 Main Admin access code. You can also issue 50 Offline Access Codes (OAC’s), and 99 fingerprints. You can also issue up to 3 E-badges on the Lockly app.

A: No, they would not be able to because our Latch style models use a deadlatch rather than just a spring latch, if installed correctly a deadlatch will prevent this type of tampering.

This lock is amazing!
We really really love this lock! We originally had the Yale lock and needed to return it since we needed a lock with a handle. The Yale was out of stock and our order was cancelled so we got this one and boy are we beyond happy! He fingerprint ability is so amazing since let’s be real when you have kids and/ groceries in your hand you don’t have a lot of time to stand there putting in numbers. We are so happy with our purchase and all the abilities it has that we will be getting another for our front door. Took my husband about 10 min to install however he’s installed several door locks so he’s a pro at it now. It’s nice and heavy duty but sleek and elegant. This one is currently on the door in between our mud room and the garage and it’s perfect! Worth every penny if you aren’t sure it’s worth it pull the trigger and buy it!

High hopes but poor support and warranty
I've owned a range of these locks and when they first came out they were probably the best at the time. The pin genie and fingerprint features were a key selling point. Unfortunately, Lockly has awful customer support even within its short warranty period. I submitted an issue and the first thing the representative did was try to sell me a sun shield for $20. These locks are not meant to be used facing outdoors and Lockly doesn't really want to honor their warranty. As someone who was rooting for Lockly from the beginning, I unfortunately have to say this is not a wise investment. There are other issues with door sensor pairing, the short range of the dongle and multiple app issues. Many of these issues have been there since the beginning have not been fixed.
