[Employee of bestbuy] I love this camera, I use it everyday. It was very straight forward to plug into my computer and go. However, the default auto exposure/focus is a little sensitive; and I found myself with grainy video often. I’ve seen gone in and downloaded LogiTune; which allowed me to adjust settings to what I think looks best. However, it leaves more to be desired in the “set it and forget it” concept. Overall though, I do recommend this camera

This camera is pretty good. I don’t stream or anything like that. It was purchased mostly for virtual meetings that I continuously have. It does the job well and offers settings to allow you to clear up the video quality. I got this on sale which made this a good deal. I believe the new one is out. I would recommend that one first, but if you can find a deal for this one, give it a go.

The Logitech 4K Pro is a pretty good package. It has the high definition image and decent sound capture that makes for a good webcam. The light compensation was not as good as other less expensive webcams. It didn't have as wide a field of view as others. I also found that the lack of a "follow-me" feature surprising. Ultimately I went with the Anker C300, which is not a 4K webcam, but just had better features for much less money.
Works very well thus far and has great clarity. The mic is good and I can be heard very clear without noise on the other side.

As a 4K webcam goes, it’s ok at 4k30fps but where it does better in my opinion is its 1080p60fps. I went with this over the StreamCam Plus 1080p60fps because this was on sale and was cheaper than the StreamCam. So this does 4K and 1080p whereas the other just does 1080p. If you can get the Brio on sale, go for it over the others. It also does 720p at 90fps if you don’t care about clarity.

I got this not too long ago. I like the picture quality but its sound is taken from the actual web cam not through a mic or something. I havent found a way to fix that though. Other than that pretty good

I bought this specifically to use for playing Spell table. The Camera does a great job and I'd recommend it.

Still getting used to it, it's the first webcam I've used as I just started streaming on Twitch. I'm trying to find a good balance in the settings to make it a little less grainy. I feel like the settings are a tad limited but for my first camera I'm pretty happy with it!

Hello krittabee, Very glad to hear how happy you are with the 4K Pro Webcam. If you really want to fine tune the settings for your camera, I highly suggest you use Streamlabs which is an all-in-one live streaming software that allows you to take your streaming to the next level by allowing you to personalize your stream and to fine tune the settings for your 4K Pro Webcam. Here's a link to more information and how to download: https://streamlabs.com/. Hope that you found this useful and good luck with your Twitch stream. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

I bought this product for myself a few years ago and now bought a new one for my girlfriend. We’re both content creators and love using this!

This camera is excellent. Worked very well for me for over two years. Unfortunately the USB-C connection stopped working, but I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth.

The reason why I gave it a 4 Star was because my Order was delivered to the Wrong Address. Fortunately, I submitted a UPS Ticket to fix the Issue.

Easy/fast setup with excellent options for adjusting the camera quality and focus for individual needs. Video quality is amazing and makes video conferencing so easy. I've also used this product for recording special holiday events at home. Attaching the camera to your computer or tripod is quick and easy, plus the rubber grip holds well. The auto focus can be a bit annoying if you're constantly moving back and forth. I usually turn it off. Definitely need plenty of lighting for best quality.

I am not a tech person. But this was easy to set up and use. Much better than my built-in camera and Mike in my work issued laptop. The only downfall I see is that when I use it on my MacBook Air, it’s a little too heavy and tends to pull the screen down, or falls off, i.e. not a good attachment. I do not have the same issue with my work issued Lenovo which is a little thicker and sturdier

If you need a solution for the camera, the 4k quality is pretty good. If you need sound, be prepared to add-on. From a straight picture sending quality perspective, this camera is great. The challenges associated with it are the built-in microphone and the included software. Both of which need some serious tending to. From a sound standpoint, the microphone heavily emphasizes sibilance (your 's' sounds) and makes the person speaking sound like they have a lisp. This stopped me from using it as a sound source for WebEx meetings and instead I must use an external microphone adding to work surface clutter and setup complication for use on the road. The added on software for background replacement comes with no instructions and isn't intuitive in its use. Getting it to transmit has been challenging, to say the least. It's not ready for prime time.

Great video quality on this 4k video camera. Does have auto focus and auto exposure. The field of view can be set at 65, 78 or 90 degrees. Also has HDR capability which works with the new Windows 11. You can use the Zoom feature with the camera works well with pictures and video. It has three camera modes which are default, streaming and video call with the ability to set your own camera modes with zooming and focus/exposure. Not a bad camera the price is a little high. But, with the right adjustments is a decent camera for streaming.

Really good camera. Before you buy it make sure ur pc can run 4k otherwise this is pretty muck a useless camera. You dont need external software for it but you need external software to mess eith the specifics of it. Pretty good camera and is easy to set up. I like it

its a nice camera - I replaced my 12 year old logitech 930 with this camera - I was expecting a bigger improvememnt but image is still better than my old camera - the one issue is that the camera doesn't have an easy tilt like the old 930 version did - I have to adjust the back rest to change the angle of the camera

This is a solid webcam that works as expected. No complaints about video quality and works well with Teams. Microphone is tinny but I wasn't expecting a high end condenser mic on this. The only complaint I have is that the USB cable may be defective, it only works one way, when I flip it over it fails. Logitech is supposedly sending me a replacement cable but it was a bit annoying that the camera kept not working until I did enough troubleshooting to identify the cable as the culprit. It is expensive but it's a solid brand name

Small and very easy to use. Setup is minimal. Picture quality is awesome. Needs to sit on a tripod though.
