I've only had this for a few months and it keeps having intermittent connection issues. My computer frequently just doesn't recognize that it's connected. Best Buy won't replace it for me, now I'm having to deal with Logitech to get it replace.

I had high hopes for the Logitech Brio 100 1080p Full HD Webcam, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. First and foremost, the video quality was nowhere near the advertised Full HD. Despite adjusting the settings, the picture remained grainy and washed out, making it unsuitable for professional meetings or streaming. Moreover, the autofocus was erratic and unreliable. It constantly shifted in and out of focus, which was extremely frustrating during calls. The built-in microphone was also subpar, picking up a lot of background noise and requiring an external mic for clear audio. The final straw was the poor build quality. The webcam feels flimsy and cheap, not what I expected from a brand like Logitech. It also kept disconnecting from my computer, disrupting my work multiple times. Overall, this product did not meet my expectations and was a waste of money. I would not recommend the Logitech Brio 100 to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality webcam.

It was defective! Tried several times to get to work. There were no instructions included , so went online for help. The Logitech website is useless - don't bother. Asked a friend for help & he found a self help site. We followed every step & still no use. Finally - my computer said the device is defective.

This camera was suggested to me, but from someone who had a model and logitech says this was the new version of the one they had. This camera cuts the top of my head off if I want to stand during a meeting, there is no zoom capability. The camera is so zoomed in that you can only see my head if I sit and only part of ny head if I stand. It should be zoomed out further or have an option to zoom. Total waste.

I bought it for the online exam but the webcam can't focus on my ID for some reason. The picture is very blurry. I downloaded Logitech software and it doesn't even have the option to adjust the focus.

Super light weight, will not mount anywhere without additional means. No way to attach it to the top of a computer monitor, or laptop, or come with anything that allows you to mount it. The best you can do with this is set it on something and hope it doesn’t fall off.

After installing it on my Windows 10 computer, it would not work. The picture was all wooky, we did reinstall, troubleshooting as appropriate, checked search for other cases like it, and tried to make it work. It didn't so Best Buy gave us our money back. Perhaps someone else will get this Logitech product to work.

Despite what it says on the website and documentation the Brio 100 does not support Windows Hello which was why i bought it. After some time, Logitech apologized tnd gave me a discount from a camera 6 times the price . Arrgh!

It emphasised all of my fine lines and I couldn’t find a way to fix it in the settings to make the quality any different. The lighting adjustment was terrible. I would rather use my iphone camera over this.
