Pros: - Light - Compact footprint Cons: - DOUBLE CLICK - No USB-C Charging This mouse WAS great at first but didn't survive a year unfortunately. As with many Logitech mice this one inherited the dreaded double click issue that plagues so many of this brand mice. I have since upgraded the the G502 X Plus Lightspeed. *They claim to have all new buttons so I hope this finally fixes this problem!* Aside from this it was a great mouse and performed well but once something like a double click starts to happen it renders the device useless.

What I like: -simple design -light -fits my hand well -excellent sensor and wireless functionality -optional weight -easy plug and play -decent battery life What I don't like: -feels cheap and empty -expensive -poorly packaged, scratches on the skates and bottom -bottom plastic gets scratched very easily -mouse wheel button has dim lighting compared to the logo -hard to be used with wire on account of a heavy wire -micro USB >:( -dongle feels like you're damaging it when you plug it in -nothing special about it, it's just a wireless mouse I bought this mouse on sale as I thought it would be a great mouse for office use and for games, and it was. I really like the wireless function which Logitech has perfected in every mouse, and the Hero sensor eliminates any latency. The simple design gives it practicality in a professional environment as well as in games. But the mouse itself feels cheap and hollow, and the badly make plastic on every edge of the mouse gets damaged so easily. My mouse came with numerous scratches on the bottom, which wasn't a huge issue until I began noticing more blemishes appearing on the top of the mouse. The scroll wheel has been made in a way that suffocates the RGB lighting and feels too grainy. When you plug the mouse to use it wired, I feel weird vibrations from the housing of the mouse, which is more bothering that having to deal with the thick wire itself. For the price at $89.99, I urge you not to buy the mouse. There are so many better alternatives and plus this mouse will soon become obsolete as many mice now are losing their wires and dropping in value.

[Employee of bestbuy] Had this mouse for over a year after reading plenty of reviews saying it was a solid choice for a simple gaming mouse. I don't need dozens of buttons but wanted to try out a wireless mouse after my wired mouse (a very sturdy and reliable Roccat that suffered from a damaged scroll wheel, Roccat RIP). Decided to give this one a shot since I also have a Logitech keyboard and they could interact in some ways. Everything was going great! Battery life was very good, and even then charging it was never an issue. Fit well in the hand, had nice buttons, and the lights, though pointless, were nice and customizable. No complaints! Then about a year later (the day of this review, no less), I noticed that the lights were flickering. I plugged it in as usual, thinking it might need a charge. Then I heard the sound of something disconnecting from my PC and that was it. My G703 has passed away from apparent battery failure. This is the unfortunate truth of all wireless technology. Earbuds, keyboards, mice, you name it. Those batteries will die eventually. Just upset that it was only good for one year before finally kicking it. Tried different cables, different ports... Nothing. A good mouse, yes, but a shame that it was only a rental...

Logitech needs to refresh this mouse with a true 1-1 update. It's incredible, but since they won't other companies did it for them like zowie ec1-dw and teevolution terra. They say the superlight 2 pro dex is a successor and it's kind of close but not really.

Excellent mouse with good battery life and excellent feel. No perceptible lag. Wish it didn't use outdated micro usb charging..that's a big inconvenience and almost enough to prevent me from buying.

I’ve been buying Logitech mice since the beginning, however this one had an issue with the scroll wheel. Returned with protection plan and trying something new since forever.

I primarily purchased this because i was under the impression it would be slightly smaller than the Logitech g pro wireless mouse that I already own. Unfortunately this mouse has a pronounced hump in the center where your palm would normally land and this make it uncomfortable for me as I have average size hands. the performance of the mouse itself is great. It is very responsive and the left and right mouse buttons produce noticeable clicks when depressed. no accidental clicks here. This mouse works with the logitech power play mouse mat but it does not come with the charging coin, make sure you have one if you want this mouse to charge from the mat. Otherwise it charges via normal cord.

I tried both the Logitech Gaming Software and G Hub. Neither would recognize this mouse. There are known issues with the software and I tried the suggested solutions without success. I ended up using XMBC and Microsoft drivers. The other problem was the side buttons didn't have a positive feel to them and would often times not work for gaming. They do work and are ok for spreadsheets and word processing. It did have reasonably long battery life and all around good feel overall.

I ended up returning this mouse for the g pro only because it has more side buttons and is lighter. The mouse was a bit on the heavy side and even include weights to add on if you wanted heavier. A great mouse for the price and still has lightspeed honestly a better alternative to some of the more pricey noises thay do the same thing

It is a great mouse and works perfectly fine. However, does not work with Logitech G-HUB Lua scripts, but that's a logitech issue. Overall, great mouse.

You will get the highly publicized double click issue someday. The notched scrolling will also gradually weaken overtime. I'm on my 3rd one after 4 years since buying my first one. The first one started double clicking after a year so I got the second one from warranty which got the same issue just after 2 years. I bought the third one myself. Why did I buy it again? The mouse feels very comfortable in my hands + using the Powerplay mousepad for no mouse cord & infinite charging. For the price of the mouse, it should confidently last 2+ years so I can't give it more than 3 stars. My previous mouse (Logi M510) lasted 5 years yet it's 1/3rd the price of this one. Logitech, this mouse deserves better quality click & scrolling internals.

Its okay. I dont care for the move to an integrated battery as thats just another thing that will inevitably go bad and i like the weight a good old fashioned AA adds. Also really dont care for the decision to use microusb for the connection to the mouse, would have much preferred usb-c connection so orientation wasnt an issue. Otherwise its solid. It mouses like i would expect a gaming mouse to mouse and has all the requisite customization with yet another new logitech hub program.

Everything seemed fine, until the scroll wheel somehow stopped working after a 4-5 months. I've had cheaper things last longer.

The mouse is compact, easy to hold and is very responsive. But that being said the mouse is too fragile, you drops this on a hard floor the buttons will break, especially the mousewheel which is only being held by a small plastic tube.

The mouse was good but the ergonomics was hurting my hand. Once making the switch to the Logitech G903 LIGHTSPEED the cause of the hand pain went away. This mouse lies flatter but not as flat as the Apple Magic mouse which causes tendinitis.

As a gamer / designer, I was hoping to have a wireless mouse that I didn’t have to plug in, since I own a powerplay pad from Logitech. It was great at first but only lasted about a year. Buttons seemed to stick electronically (would make cursor boxes when I wasn’t clicking on anything) or cursor wouldn’t move at times. I clean all my products and make sure to keep everything in working order, so it’s definitely not user error.

The overall operation of the mouse is good. However, the fact that it has to be plugged back into its USB cable for a few days makes it a bit more effort v/s a traditional battery which can last for months before needing replacing. Also, the rechargeable battery is not replaceable, which means this mouse will only last for a limited amount of time (typically 3 to 5 years). I think this model feeds into the planned obsolescence, a money-making hole that vendors try to create. It also adds to more waste of unusable electric products.
