I was super excited about my first attempt into sim racing but started with this to get a feel for it. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Loud. Clunky. and the wires ended up getting severed so I only used it about a month before it died. And Best Buy’s return policy is trash so I’m best for almost $500 when you factor in taxes and the fact that I bought the shifter too. I will say the time I had it I enjoyed it

Hi Dcurry, Very sorry to hear about your extreme disappointment with the G923 Racing Wheel. You mentioned that the wires got severed after a month and that Best Buy wouldn't take it back. They usually allow returns after 14 days. Fortunately, Logitech does have a 2-year limited hardware warranty. You can file a warranty claim here at this link: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052978633-Warranty-G923. Hope that helps to resolve the problem and that all is going well. The Logitech G923 racing wheel and pedals set is a total letdown. Its boring design, weak force feedback, and pedals that feel like dead weight combine to make racing feel like a chore. Topped off with a super confusing software, this product is a big bummer that's a slap in the face to anyone who thought this would be fun to race with. Logitech really dropped the ball with this one, and it's disappointing that they're getting away with good reviews. TLDR: It's really bad. Stay away.

2 months of intense F1 racing, brake pedals doesn't function to 100% anymore even after trying every solution online. At first, it was awesome. But it won't brake to 100% anymore.

This wheel is definitely for beginners. Very jerky and you can feel the gears that drive the wheel. Spend the extra money if you want an actual sim experience. Also the noise it makes when doing its thing is too much.

I got the g923 for Christmas from my grandparents but after getting a broken model we tried to exchange it and got next day shipping and my package has since been lost. We have given it over a week and called the shipping number and we got nowhere with a very rude worker. I still haven’t received my package or any compensation even after requesting a refund. Overall not a good experience.

The wheel itself is nice but the plastic quality at the base of the wheel is extremely poor. It is meant to clip to a desk but it did not hold. Would not recommend, especially not against cheaper/better options.

Sold me a wheel that did not go with the box, wrong serial #. On top of that the wheel was malfunctioning and that would not take it back because it was the day after 15 day return policy. Had to return it to manufacturer for a new one, I am done with Best Buy.

Purchased in Oct for Xmas. Item past refund/exchange time. It does not work, spend the added monies and buy Geek Squad plan. Having to go through Logitech Support in an attempt to have the item exchanged/repaired, if possible.
