I use this headset for work. The sound is good for both mic and phones and it's lightweight, but there are a couple of items that cancel out the positives. The strength of the grip on my head presses my ears against the bows of my glasses and my hearing aids and causes pain after about 20 minutes. I've had this with other headsets but typically it takes much longer. When I lift the microphone boom it says that it's muted but that's not every time. I've had background noise come through while headset muted several times so I have to rely on muting myself in the meeting application. Between calls, if the headset goes to sleep, it will disconnect and it will often be a struggle to reconnect. Actions to reconnect have included dropping from the meeting, power cycling the headset, and having to re-pair the headset to my workstation. This is by far the largest problem I've experienced. Due to this issue alone I feel the need to find a different headset.

The headphones disconnect frequently. I can basically assume that I'll have to re-connect between any videos I play on youtube, right after the start of a call, and at least once during. I've updated all the drivers, re-connected, restarted, no improvements. Sound quality is fine but it doesn't matter much when I can't even properly use the product. I don't hate Logitech as a brand but this purchase wasn't worth it - I guess I know why they were marked down. I will be replacing these asap.

This headset is not very good. The person on the other end hears an echo. I bought it 2/15/2026 and I thought I had 30 days to return it. I only had 14 days and I wasn't able to return it because I was five days late. So I am now stuck with this headset. I am very displeased.

I bought this headset to use in a professional work setting and it doesnt do the job. The noise cancellation level isn’t customizable so I often feel like I’m screaming since I can barely hear myself talking nor can I hear my own background noise to prevent me shouting on a call. I thought this feature would aid the receiver to not hear my background noise but it seems to be the opposite. I’m often told the sound quality is terrible and has static feedback. When I use a simpler headset I no longer have issues. Not worth the price.

The connection changes each time you answer a call so no one can ever hear me and I have to mess with the settings and adjust the mic and speaker each time. Not worth the money at all.

I wish I could give this product a zero!!!!!!!!!! I purchase this product at Best Buy on Sept 2024. Stop working 1/3/2025. Unfortunately, upon purchasing this, this manufacture does allow you to purchase a warranty. This is very disappointing. 1/3/24 started with static, then my customers couldn't hear me at all!!!!!

Don't do it. Spend more money. The sound is low and the microphone is not good, i called coworkers and regardless of all the settings changed in my settings on my computer these didnt get much louder or clearer for that matter. They are pink though.

I could not get audio to work properly. It would always go back to muting the speakers. Only while actively clicking volume up and down did it give sound. Then, right back to no sound. And the on-the-ear started to irritate my ears. Returned headset.

Flip to mute doesn't actually mute the mic. When I flip the microphone to mute, the headset says "mute on". If I say something after that, the other end still hears me perfectly clearly as if the mute didn't happen at all.
