A: DONT DO IT! I got this headset as a Christmas gift. The day after Christmas I used it on a work call. When I put the mic up it said “mute on” and when I brought it down it said “ mute off” however the customer heard EVERYTHING I WAS DOING this DOES NOT WORK!
Q: Does the microphone boom rotate so that it can be used on either the left or right side?
A: No it doesn’t - down side to these. They only work for the left side doesn’t fully rotate. I’m guessing because the mute is enabled when you lift the mic function.
