This PoE+ switch can handle an output up to 30 watts of power from the PoE ports, with a total output of 250W. Considering that our average cameras use less than 6W, you can efficiently power up to 16 cameras with this 16-port switch, utilizing the full 250W capacity.
Use this PoE switch to extend the distance of your cameras from your recorder. With ePoE support up to 600m/2000ft, this switch allows for more flexible surveillance system design, improves reliability, and saves on construction and wiring costs. (ePoE Security Cameras, like Lorex's Nocturnal 4 Cameras, are required for cable runs over 100m/328ft)
An SFP port is also available for you to connect this PoE switch to another switch or network device using a high-speed fabric cable. This provides a faster and more reliable connection for your devices.
