Lots of background noise, lots of ambient noise, and "no" real customer support from Lucid. Made an appointment to have the adjusted in person, only to find out upon arriving that the Lucid clinic didn't even have the hardware, or software to adjust them. Horrible experience. I would advise you pass on these.

Brian, thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience with the Tala; we appreciate your frustration. At this time personalization/programming isn’t available for Tala. Our Customer Solutions Team, however, is available to help optimize the app settings/LucidShape to your hearing loss as best possible. If you would like to have us assist with this, please call 800-785-6052. <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/LucidHearing.png" alt="LucidHearing" title="LucidHearing" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" />

Separate volume controls for right and left ear, but volume controls all frequencies. There is no volume adjustment for different frequencies.

Slight learning curve, but flat out works as advertised.
