Needing one of the smaller machine's I foud this perfect sized Maytag. The brand I always prefer. the last oe lasting 26 years! Easy to find the correct size at Best Buy. It is amazigly large inside and has a lovely dial panel that lights up as it goes through the cycles. It was however noiser than I expected. Still did an effecient job. Happy with it.

Purchased this after an almost 10 year Maytag washer had to be replaced. The 10 year warranty does not apply to labor costs & doesn’t include all parts. The washer has an agitator and works very well. The quick wash cycle is what I use the most. The sheets still get twisted on bulky wash but I think that is with most washers. My only complaint is that it is VERY load. Loud clicks and loud while filling up. Average to loud while spinning. If noise is not important then this washer is a good choice. The price was fair in today’s market. Our previous Maytag was much quieter but was a more expensive model. This review does not support videos

I think this washer is better then the new washer now with all the computer boards on them and also better priced. I really recommend this store if you are looking for open box appliances practically brand new as long as you don't mind a scratch or two.

Wanted a Maytag, and Best Buy had a great deal. Works perfect.

Good machine, big drum, it does better with liquid detergents than powder detergent. It fit well next to my dryer. It is really loud, but it doesn’t bother me, clothes come out really clean and almost feel dry so it doesn’t spend lots of time to dry. Still learning how to use some of the functions due to it having lots of options.

having the unit for a couple of weeks now, and i have say it does a great job, its a bit loud during operation. however, it dries my clothes well during the final spin cycle, and it has a very nice capacity. I also appreciate the quiet close lid.

Little noisey but works well. Easy to use little pricey but what iant these days.

ease of use, great for use in apartment setting, a time savor for me. Laundry is no longer a dreadful task with this new, useful partner in my everyday tasks.

Awesome cleaning takes 12 minute less than my old Samsung. This baby has an agitator and works like an old school great washer. You get to select how you want to wash your clothes rather than having to fight your fancy machine on how to wash them. I’m soooo happy with this Maytag. A little loud during cycle but I just shut the door and it’s fine. I’m Getting the matching dryer soon!

Wonderful top loading Washer. I found it easy to use and the dials are very well situated and labeled for ease of use for any size and type of laundry that is placed for washing. The deep fill option is excellent when I have large pieces to launder. Very good quality and very sturdy and sound. Also very noise efficient.

Plenty of space with deep fill for bulky items. Quick Wash cycle is a great time saver. Auto sensing for water usage is a plus. Like the combination of knob/dial reliability with digital features. Maytag satisfied owner since 2003 + Dryer, VERY Reliable!

The agitator starts turning before the water level is complete. Water levels are median and max. Put the washer on the max setting to ensure the clothes are completely covered with water. The machine is noisy, but it gets the job done.

Does what it's supposed to do... washes clothes. It's not the most quiet washer and I don't care for the auto locking mechanism which is also pretty loud. But other than that, it seems like a decent washing machine. I do really like the 30 minute quick wash and the Auto Fill features. I will probably be using these 2 settings most of the time.

Nice size, quiet, easy to work very good washer. I would recommend it.

Got it as an open box and it might be the best washer Ive ever owned. Works like a champ and is very quite, I will say if its not balanced it will be loud enough for you to hear and fix the problem ..

I purchased this washer to replace a 25-year-old Maytag PAV2300, as I thought it would be as user friendly (including front access repair, but it is not. I did not get a Cycle Guide, which made it harder to use. In general it seems to be a good machine.

I’ve been using my washer for 10 days without issue. My laundry time has been reduced by 30 minutes because I’ve been using the ‘Quick Wash’ cycle for all my laundry loads and the clothes are as clean as they had been using my old washer’s ‘Normal’ cycle. It takes a while to get accustomed to the ‘lid lock’ feature and having to drop laundry in around the side of the washer tub instead having to encircle the agitator with the laundry. This machine, so far, has not disappointed. The washer came with an installation manual, but I had to download and print the user manual, which I think is an unnecessary bother. The washer is on the same level of my home as the bedrooms, and the sounds it makes are not disturbing.
