Item is perfect however it arrived extremely late-over a week after arrival date an I thought I’d lost out on almost 900 bucks but I am now happy and excited im not fully a pro at using it will come back again when fully set up

Audio was flaky. Wristband drains rapid fast. Glass is super heavy and you can feel the sharp pain, after you wear these glass for a few minutes. I understand this is first generation, but I wish the quality could have been better. Meta AI App for display does not offer options to troubleshoot. Opened a support request and got no response, and it's been 2 weeks since I opened the request.

I recently purchased the Meta Glasses and nueroband. It was worth it! The pure ability to navigate without looking at my phone while walking, or seamlessly take a call, and present without lookin at a computer! Pure gold! I’d purchase it again. I was also the first to ever purchase some in store at this location! A lasting memory it will be!

I wishbthey were lighter but besides that, amazing. The neural band and in screen display are simply incredible. The case is great and folds flat. I want another pair to have in rotation. Can’t wait to see ehat the future of them holds.

Bestbuy supports are completely Great. But meta csr very simple. and re-open cases everytimes. I did return band to ask replacement last 1/24/26. But still not noticed replacement schedule. And open case 8 times. Meta make bad experience with bestbuy. I am seriously think return meta glasees.
