Used this religiously until about a month ago. The one I have doesn’t hold a charge and sometimes doesn’t even work. It lasted almost 3 years, so for the price you get a decent amount of life out of it. I feel it could’ve lasted longer- may have shortened the life with amount of use and accidental drops. Other wise a really great product. It comes with the charging cord.

Good battery life, i get many hours on one charge and great charge cable and long enough to reach across the room

It is just perfect, charges very fast, you can have longer sessions before you have to recharge!!!

Saves A Lot Of Money And The Planet By Using A Charge Kit!

I like the fact that you can charge only, charge and play, or just use the wire the connect the controller straight to the Xbox. The battery stays charged for some hours whether it’s to watch movies or play games with your xbox controller. I appreciate the options that come with this kit. There is one rechargeable battery and a wire that can plug straight into the Xbox for charging and connectivity.

Bought this so I wouldn't have to worry about batteries in my new XBox controller. It fits well and I've had no problems using it or getting it to charge. The charging cord it comes with is also a pretty good length. I just need it to run from my USB wall outlet to my controller on my desk and there's still plenty of slack.

Bought this for Xbox Series!!! Not Xbox One!!! Battery does connect HOWEVER THE CORD/Port IS A MICRO-USB port that XBOX Series Controller doesn’t Have! Xbox Series has USB C Port!! Xbox One has Micro Port!! Red Controller is Xbox One micro port Black Controller is Xbox Series c port Does work, it’s just my honest true review. If you have extra Xbox one controller laying around yes if not and this is your first console den I wouldn’t buy. Buy the USB C charger ask a sales associate who knows Hope this helps

I bought my original Play and Charge kit when I picked up my Day One edition. Now I've since been using the XB1X Project Scorpio and last month the battery could no longer hold a charge longer then 30 seconds. 5+ years in 2 controllers for $25 is more then worth it. Compared to what you would spend on disposable batteries, this kit is a no brainer.

I contacted customer care for price match and they did it immediately and I got the item same day pick up in store. Enjoying it now.

I've had mine for a few months and over time the battery likes to disconnect more and more despite the controller and cleaning the terminals. The wire that lights up according to how charged you are has stopped working, and its just becoming a frustration dream. My recommendation is to get it with a warrenty and if these problems, or any others, start happening just get it fixed or replaced.

Slips into the existing battery cover (unlike the 360 where you had to replace the entire unit). The playa be charge gives me ample play time, and took me about an hour to recharge fully. I've only had to recharge it once since I purchased it, and the included USB charging cables allows you to connect it to a PC, allowing me to play my Xbox One on any Windows 10 device. Solid by, especially when they come on sale.

Unless you want to spend tons of money on batteries, having a rechargeable battery kit for your XBone controller is essential. This one comes with a charging cable so that even if the battery is low it can be recharged while you play connected via the charging cable to your console. Obviously designed for the controller, fits fine and works great.

This performs the job it's advertised to do. You replace the batteries in your controller, plug the USB connector into your Xbox, and let it charge. You can use the controller while you are charging, so you don't have to worry about the controller dying on you while you scrounge your house for replacement batteries like before. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the fact that this should have been included in the Xbox controller on shipment. If I'm paying upwards of $50 for a controller, I don't feel I should need to buy extra accessories just to keep the darn thing running. My PS4 controller certainly didn't need me to cannibalize my poor TV remote. Product works well though, and that's ultimately why customers buy things. If you want to stop poisoning the environment with cheap Chinese batteries, throw a couple of these into your cart.

Got this for the Xbox One elite controller. Works great and allows for at least a week of solid 3 hr daily gameplay. Charges quickly and on the fly while you are connected you can play. Was initially worried that the same charge and play wouldn't work with the Elite controller, but it does perfectly.

This is an awesome accessory, anyone with a XBox should invest in something like this. I bought this one because it is first party and thanks to Best Buy for my rewards I got an awesome deal on it. I also started looking at a battery back because I was going through AA batteries throughout the week. This will let you play for a long long time and you can still charge and play if you forget to recharge in between taking a break. Oh, and you can still put your battery cover back on your controller and works with any XBox Controller with is great too. (haven't tried it with the Elite cause I do not have one yet)

Lasts a long time for those times when you play for a while. It charges while playing which makes it convenient. Fits perfectly into the Xbox One controllers.

I was looking at other options for Xbox One controller chargers but ultimately decided on this one for a few reasons. The included battery is better that an other charge kit I've seen, and I can charge my controller with a micro USB cable now. No need for a bulky stand, just plug this into a wall adaptor with the included cable and you will be good to go. Yes this also works with a micro USB phone charging cable, I just use the included cable because I paid for it and figure I might as well use it.
