The best decision I ever made is buying this laptop. After a year, it still looks perfect.

Order came in quick enough, and the product was as expected.

I have a gaming laptop but I wanted something more portable. This fits the bill perfectly. It’s light and thin, and the battery life is quite good - I only charge it every 2-3 outings now, and I no longer have to bring my cord along to the coffee shop or find a table with an outlet. It’s the ultimate freedom. Note: I suggest you get 16GB of memory at the least. 8 just doesn’t cut it in Windows 11.

Whether for work or pleasure, each time that it becomes necessary to purchase a new computing device, I iimmediately become once again one of those proverbial kids visiting a candy shop. Each buying cycle, one after another, available products are reviewed and compared. This time as in previous times, my new assessments have concluded with a familiar yet obvious choice. Happily that choice comes with an understanding that my desired product purchase solution which will provide guaranteed stability, useability and fun, the things to which I've become accustomed 'spoiled', can be found once again with Microsoft and everything I required and wanted this time was to be found in the MS Surface product line. Microsoft, thanks so much for being there once again.

Similar to the 4th Generation, but the performance does seem better. Great quality screen/display and I continue to appreciate the slim profile and light weight. Battery life does seem to be improved.

I originally got this laptop at the start of my freshman year of college 2 years ago. Laptop has worked great and overall battery has lasted decently. Just recently it’s been having what I think to be display driver issues that I have yet to get it looked at. It’s not too bulky and has a good quality screen.

A great Surface Laptop from Microsoft, upgraded to an 12th Gen i7 processor, Build quality is excellent with a sloid block of aluminum, nice Pixel Sense display, Comfortable keyboard and trackpad, Great addition with Pen and Touch input, somewhat expensive. But overall worth the money

Been using this for school for the last couple of weeks and so far its a great laptop. I only have 1 gripe, the screen half of the laptop is a bit heavy so the angle doesnt always stay

Looks aesthetically pleasing and works great. Thin design makes it lightweight. The quality of the hardware is top notch.

Short and sweet. Excellent laptop for a Microsoft PC. Bought this for wifey who wanted to try MAC but never had a Mac so was quickly getting frustrated with the Mac UI. However after attending a quick tutorial session at an Apple store decided overwhelmingly do stick with the Mac. Nothing against this laptop because after having it for a couple of days it's definitely a high end excellent laptop for a power windows user.

I enjoyed this laptop but it wasn’t quite the right fit for a college student who needed something with good amount of storage and to not be slowed down.

This is the 3rd surface laptop I've boughten from the Harahan store. Checked availability on line and the young woman who helped me was superb. I hope you give her a raise - she's a keeper.

the screen and keyboard are nice but the track pad is really small and mine had a static popping sound anytime i turned on the computer or restarted it

Some compatibility issues with printers, but other than that, all good. Light and versatile.

I thought I would see a normal black laptop, But it is sleeeeeekkkkk as Hellll. I loved it. I gifted it to my boyfriend and he loved it too.
