I bought the Xbox one X and immediately saw there was something wrong with my controller. The Dpad is a nightmare, when I press down or left it is EXTREMELY loose and makes a loud tin like noise. Is there something I can do like exchange it for a new one?

Is it compatible with the bluetooth 4.2 that I have included in my motherboard or do I have to buy the original microsoft adapter?
