Bought this as an "uhohIforgotmycharger" purchase while on vacay, so honestly picked it bc it was the cheapest. LOVE the lights tho! Decided to let my "hangingonfordearlife" charger at home (wires exposed, multiple tape jobs finally go to the great Apple Store in the sky! It makes my bedside light up like a spaceship! Two things I've noticed (neither big deals to me): I think it may charge slower on a computer–this could be true of all comps, and I just never noticed before :) or it could be my ancient MacBook was having a bad day. Also, I've noticed that plugged into the "wall" (I have a glowbug multi USB port, so this could also be the deal), the lights don't ever turn off while the device is plugged in (they did when plugged into comp). They're supposed to run fast when charging, slower when you have a good charge, and be stationary and, eventually turn off (I thought-now I'm second guessing myself and I don't have the packaging anymore) when fully charged. Regardless, they eventually turned off when plugged into my Mac; they do not when plugged into the glowbug. So if you're light-sensitive, placement might be crucial.

This is a great lighting charging cable with a light running down the middle that Lights up when it is charging and turns off when it is fully charged so you can't Overcharge it.

I really like the durability of the cable. The lights while charging are a bonus.

This is a cool charger that while it charge your iPhone the light change , faster while is charging , slow when it's almost charged and when the lights stop it means that the iPhone is fully charge, the only downside is that is a little slow on charging your iPhone , and it doesn't tangle.

Worked great for 6 months then intermittently then evently quit shortly after and before that the side cases fell off but would snap back on. I liked the way the Lights moved faster when charging then continue to slow down as the battery reaches Full Charge.

Actually tells you when device is fully charged with just a glance, no need to start device to see if battery is full. Kids love it, purchased 4 already.

This charging cable charges as advertised and it looks amazing doing it. Turn off the lights and watch it glow!

My children purchased a Samsung washer and dryer for my Christmas and I've been singing all hi notes since they arrived. Satisfied with the quality of the wash and dry.

Besides charging great, it looks cool at night when lit up.

The cord allow you to know when your phone is charge

Don't waste your money. This cord lights up (which was an awesome feature) and visually appears sturdy, however, even with very light usage and proper care it didn’t last. I was very disappointed as I have had cheaper chargers that lasted me longer than this one.

The cable is a bit too short for my tastes. The light inside the cable is a bit glitchy when you slightly bend the cable. The cable has not broken yet after a month or two, unlike my official Apple cables.

Not as fast as my apple cable but it's the best looking charger available

At first I was excited of the purchase and it was very cool to see the cable light up as my phone was being charged but then the tip of the cable broke. It lasted me less than 30 days. It sucks that you invest on a cable only to break. You are better off buying one that's $3 at a convenience store.

Really cool looking , but at the end where it connects to the iPhone , second time it has cracked . Not recommend !!

Cable has good build quality, not really bright enough to see it light up during the day but looks good at night or in a darker room. Charged my iphone good but would not always charge my ipad. Would get a indication on the ipad that it was not charging. Not sure if you are suppose to use it on a ipad since I've already returned the cable.

I purchased this because all of my previous official apple chargers broke due to the wire fraying. This one lasted about three weeks, then the metal part broke from the wire. It work pretty well until then.

My product got broken before a month. The connector started showing like broke on its end. Falling apart.

Charger usually last a couple of months .. This one lasted.........4 days. The pin came out
