A: Yea this charger lights up and it moves from the outlet to the phone and it stops when the phone is fully charged.
Q: How do I find information on the 1 year warranty?
A: Best buy can look it up if you paid by a charge card or debit card or if you are a rewards member they can look it up and see how long you have had it and warranty it accordingly
Q: My charger stopped charging my phone...
A: Yeah, these cords are terrible quality.
Q: High pitch noise/how do i turn off the light?
A: No there isn't. It was designed this way so you could glance at it to see roughly how charged you phone is. The faster the light moves the lower your battery power is. Once the lights start moving slowly you phone is almost fully charged.
Q: My charger lights do not work anymore... does the one year warranty cover this?
A: I came to find out that my husband's charger did the same thing about 1 month after owning a Modal charger. I figured out that my husband bends it a lot due to carrying to & from work, luckily it is a sturdy material that the charger still works properly. Maybe you bent it without knowing & now the lights won't turn on. Think of it as a x-mas light extension, once 1 bulb doesn't work, you're risking the whole extension to not function properly.
