I like the features on the phone. The storage is amazing compared to what I had. The pictures are nice. My last phone came with PDF viewer installed but this one makes you watch videos to open PDFs. I have noticed some glitches now that it's been almost 2 years that I've owned it. I do not like the power off feature, should be easier to turn off the phone. I do like that it syncs toy computer and I can upload my pics via WiFi, no more plugging in to upload. I purchased a case for this phone on day 1 and there is not much out there to choose from, which is disappointing. The screen sticks up from the case and I researched every case I could find that would offer the best coverage for my phones. My husband dropped his phone a month into getting it. Screen cracked, payed $200 to get a new one. I dropped my phone, 12 mos and 2 weeks after purchase and screen has a small crack which has continued to run over the last few months. Screen ruined...My husband dropped his yesterday, small crack in the screen, phone is broken, it glitches constantly, the bottom of the screen is black the top just shows random numbers being pressed, can't even turn it off. Overall I would not purchase this phone again. I have 2 broken screens and 1 phone that can't be used at all. Just an FYI: we are not hard on out phones my phone before this one was a Samsung 9+, we have our phones for years. I dropped my Samsung a few times over the many years I had it and I never had the problems that I have had with this phone. The design is not durable and I don't recommend it for this reason alone.

As is standard operating procedure, the Motorola Edge comes with sponsored bloatware pre-installed (e.g facebook, whatsapp, linkedin, etc...). However, Motorola makes it hilariously difficult to get rid of these apps. After disabling the app suggestion "feature" in settings, the bloatware you uninstalled gradually return one-by-one as grayed out apps in your app drawer as "suggestions." These suggestions cannot be removed. After downloading and uninstalling the bloatware SEVERAL times, the apps seem to be gone... until they reappear yet again. A quick Google search shows you're going to have issues if you want these app suggestions gone. The phone works fine. It's a good size, fast, and well built. However, the persistent, insistent, somewhat aggressive app suggestion feature was a dealbreaker. It's not as if there aren't other options.

It is a nice cell phone, but it needs more modern alternatives. The good thing is the battery which a last like two days . It didn’t have Siri so I have dial the numbers. But I do like this phone but I wish they can update this nice cellular

Versus the 2023 edge, this phone is better? OK, the battery is better. That's literally it. The macro camera on the 23 is better. Processor on the 23 is optimized better. Signal on the 23 is about 4db better. Price at the moment on the 23 is better. It's literally as if motorola took its leftover parts from all the great international models, and tossed them into this phone. Except the charger of course. And only 8gb of ram. For $550 regular price? This phone is by no means bad, and I enjoy using it, but I also only paid $300 via my carrier. Great deal. Priced above $400, it isn't worth it.

did not like the edge of the screen the screen protector did not fit good could not use the touch very well had problems the battery life was better on my older samsung phone messages had no trash could not go back to a delete message
