I got this phone ot came new and the price is good. Its camara quality is tbe best and it has good storage to dowload apps and take pictures.and you can use the phone for hours the battery life is durable and charges really fast.

I love this phone. Nice size, storage, battery life. I, however, do not appreciate the excessive bloatware within it's system apps. Why would my unlocked smartphone have a an AT&T unlock device app, among a bunch of others? AT&T has never been my carrier. Why would Best Buy require a $45 restocking fee for an unlocked phone with carrier apps? Also I purchased the screen protector that they do warranty when trying to make you buy it. It's full of bubbles and to replace it they require I buy it again for them to order it and reimburse me after it comes in. I was a Best Buy customer for quite a long time, till now that is. This makes no sense.

Got this as a present to replace my Motto e5plus. The screen picture is better and so is the sound. Not fond of the sound controls, can only do one at a time even though it says I can do multiple. Would also like more choices of sounds for notifications.

For the most part it's a great phone I just don't like that it doesn't have the ability to wireless charge or use your phone as a credit card reader. And unfortunately this one is fixing to be returned because the speaker messes up it constantly sounds like cutting out robots. But I'm sure that's just my device on that aspect other than that honestly it really is a good device

Great smartphone for the price and the camera is better than the one that is actually a camera and not a phone, as always I love easy to use and remember actions that Motorola should be very proud of like the chopping motion to turn on and off the phone's flashlight or the three fingers on the screen to take a screenshot, and some other really cool and very useful interactions with the phone. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone wanting a great phone for a decent price which I give Best buy the credit for the price i paid.

Overall I find the phone to work very well in most circumstances the one complaint I have with it other than obviously the camera could be better but I expected as much from a mid-range phone so no real complaint there is that Moto had a moto gesture system where you could just tap it three times to zoom and then use the regular pinch feature this thing has got a stupid little thing that comes out on the side that gets in the way and has to be moved constantly from me hitting other buttons other than that I'm very happy with the phone.

The Motorola G 5G is a great phone. It has 6 Gigs of Ram, 256 Gigs of storage and works well with my carrier. And it says hello when it comes up.

***Xfinity Mobile will Not allow this unlocked device on their network.*** I am very disappointed at this as I purchased as a gift with the understanding it works on all networks. It is past the return period so Im stuck with a phone that I cant use. This phone is listed on Motorola website as compared by the way. I've reached out to both Xfinity & Motorola. No help at all. Matter fact Motorola recommended me to reach out to whom I purchased the phone. Why would Bestbuy know why Motorola's phone dont work? Ridiculous! From what I gathered from the limited comments I found on a Google search. It appears Xfinity will not allow Motorola phones not purchased from them directly onto their network. Bestbuy should let this be know. Unlocked phone is supposed to work on all networks. By the way it can be used on Verizon according to the imei check. If Verizon can allow it to be activated then Xfinity Could also as Xfinity runs on the Verizon network.
