I wont give it a 1 star, just off the basis that if you need a phone just for making calls, or texts, even watching videos works fine. The problem is whenever you start to get close to your storage capacity it likes to glitch out and makes, maneuvering around the phone a pain. Sometimes your keyboard wont show either. I would spend the extra dollar to get an older flagship phone such as a Samsung S20+. This phone is really just for basic calls, texts, and viewing videos.

Almost impossible to use, whether texting, emailing, or taking photos. It's constantly beeping with nothing new on it. Lots and lots of announcements constantly clog up the screen. I liked my older Android phone MUCH better (now lost because the GPS stayed on overnight and ran down the battery to zero, so I couldn't call it to see where it was in the house). AND, what is the "Moto" icon all about??

To help improve performance, please try the following steps: check your available storage by going to Settings > Storage, and free up space by deleting unused apps, old photos, videos, and files. Clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device.
