1. Affordable, Solid Build Right off, the phone looks good. The Sapphire Blue color is nice and vibrant, and it feels sturdy — not super premium, but definitely not cheap. The plastics are decent, buttons sturdy, screen is valid for the price. Battery Life is Strong Using the phone with the assistant features doesn’t suck too much battery. I can go through a day of moderate use, some voice commands, streaming, etc., without panicking about finding a charger. It’s one of the brighter points of this phone. 4. Good Enough Performan

When I first got the phone it was great but as the memory got low a lot of the app stopped working incorrectly like my alarm wouldn't go off in the morning and my GPS was just stopped working or tell me the wrong direction with the 5g version I did not have these problems but when you need an emergency phone for $100 you can't beat it
Posted
Hi FredJ, We're sorry to hear you experienced problems as your phone’s memory filled up. Low memory can sometimes affect apps like alarms or GPS. We recommend freeing up storage by removing unused apps or files, and restarting your phone to help improve performance. Keeping your software updated under Settings > System > Software updates can also help prevent app issues. We’re glad to hear you still find the phone valuable as an emergency device. Should there be any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to email supportforums@motorola.com. We'll be glad to help. -Mitch

I purchased this cellphone model because someone stole my purse with all of my belongings inside including my phone so I needed something right away that was in budget. This model got the job done for the time being. Can't complain but not for permanent use for adults maybe for a child and this is their 1st phone to learn with

This phone will get the basic accomplished just fine. Pros: Speakers, 90hz screen, moto features, low blot ware, light, long battery life, photos processed enhancements, flat design camera, expandable memory. Cons: Slow processor, weak camera system, average screen. I used this phone for internet hot-spot, calls, and messaging. Does those things just fine. The chipset is better than most at this price point but still lacking in snappy performance if you are looking for gaming performance I would recommending moving your budget up to $350 - $550. You can find some powerful phones used and brand new that will fill the gaps in performance. Just need a phone call, internet, youtube, and google maps? This phone can handle those task just fine!

Overall, things work well. But for me, the most important feature is a loud and clear speaker phone. Frequently, people can't hear me, I sound far away. This happens if I am in the car or even in the house. I use a Poetic case, but there are holes for the two mics. My G Power 2022 was way better, and my DROID MAXX (circa 2014) still has the best speaker phone I have ever used. Come on MOT, your speaker phone should get better over time, not worse ! The Hot Spot keeps turning off even though I set to one hour. The screen does not get bright enough on sunny days. Battery life is excellent ! -V

Hi Vinz, thank you for your honest feedback. It’s great to hear that overall things are working well and that you’re enjoying the excellent battery life. I understand how important a loud, clear speakerphone is for your daily use, especially when your older devices delivered stronger performance in that area. I also see how it could be frustrating to have the hotspot turn off sooner than expected and the screen brightness fall short in bright sunlight. As we stand behind our products, we would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. Please write us an email to supportforums@motorola.com. We'll be there to help. -Kylee

Acceptable working phone. It works with Spectrum even though Spectrum told me it wouldn't. Put in SIM card and all went well. HATE the stupid two line clock that it won't let me get rid of. Hate the bloatware but you get what you get with Android. It's cheap, and it works for calls and texts.

This device didn't have enough space and memory for what my father needed. It would work well for small kids, but not adults or kids that like to play large file games. I recommend it for the user who has basic needs. The lack of 5g for the model i had was less enthusiastic as well.

It is a good phone. Comparing price, it is far far better than any IPhone. You buy such 14 smartphones equipped with same functionality as iPhone with one iPhone price. So I would say this is good phone but in comparison to iPhone I would recommend this phone

Phone works great! Long battery life, option to turn off battery around 90% so it doesn't overheat, and it was at a cheap price! The low camera quality is a downside, but for the price, I got what I paid for. There is occasional lag, but it's not too bad.

Bought it for a work trip where I would need the phone for camera use, WIFI a couple of times, and in a country that is known for not being safe to bring phones to. It did its job at a reasonable price. Did not even begin to explore what it can do, but I have since donated it to a shelter for people who are misplaced from homes in Indiana.
