I originally came in interested in checking out the new iPhone. After much attempts to ask questions and be helped I decided maybe I'll just go ahead and get an unlocked Android. It was very hard to find anybody and the phone department that really cared about selling a phone that wasn't from a specified phone carrier. The lady that was at the door did seem helpful and kind as trying to point me towards somebody who would help. The guys in the phone department seem to annoyed that they had to dig around for a phone that was unlocked and did not want to help me compare futures or models. When I picked out a phone they had to dig and dig for one. I asked them over and over are you sure this is unlocked they said yes. Spent the time and money to get this phone took it to my carrier and they told me that it is not unlocked. Had to spend more time to go to another Best buy and return it.

This phone was broken from the moment I got it. Unfortunately for me I don't do much with the camera and didn't learn this until 2 days after the return period ended. Photos get corrupted. It randomly doesn't save videos. When it does have a photo that doesn't look visually corrupted it still doesn't let you do anything with it like send it or edit it.

First, restart your phone by turning it off completely, waiting about 30 seconds, and then turning it back on. Next, check your available storage in Settings to ensure there is enough free space, as low storage can affect how media files are saved. Please clear the Camera app cache by going to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage and selecting Clear cache, and if needed, Clear storage. Clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device. Clearing the data will remove data that the application has saved. If you are using an SD card, please remove it temporarily and test again, as a faulty or incompatible card can sometimes cause saving and file access problems. It is also important to check for any available software updates by going to Settings > System > System updates and installing them if available. [Employee of bestbuy] Too much "necessary" bloatware that is subpar at BEST and worse some of it is straight up useless for the user because all it does it collect advertising data. This RUINS a good phone.

Phone has slowed way way down and in some cases won't load at all and I've done everything that I've found to correct it, up to and including a hard restart. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Absolutely trash screen broke within 2 weeks of owning it over a very small bump to phone. I have the same phone but 2021 and have dropped it off a roof of my car, off my shed when I was replacing shingles.. down flights of stairs with zero issue not one screen crack. This trash phone cracked hard all over screen within two weeks from mishandling the phone at dinner table as I sat at dinner table eating. That's about a 6 inch drop onto a soft top table WITH CLOTH. TRASH DO NOT BUY
