The phone works great! It's fast and clear. Only issue is the camera lighting doesn't get dim enough so some of the pics and videos look washed out. And once you start recording, the lighting doesn't want to adjust much. I've only had it for about a month but I like the way it works so far otherwise!

Its a solid phone. I had the 2022 Stylus and Best Buy had the Pantone one for a $100.00 off. The only downside on that was that it was online only. Delivery to the store was fine (and a day ahead of schedule). This phone is definitely brighter than the 2022 model. Seems faster too. The charging speed is fantastic even with only a 45 watt charger (just a generic PD charger). From what I've read, this phone should get Android 17 but with (probably) limited Security updates. That's always been the knock on Motorola mid-range and lower end phones. On the lower end I get it, but if you're paying $400.00+ for a phone - 5 years ought to be the minimum software life cycle. If Samsung and Google can do it - so can Motorola.

This is a pretty good phone, especially for the price. The cameras are pretty good, and the battery life is really good too. I can usually get two days out of one charge with pretty heavy usage.

I'm just starting to get used to the changes. My previous phone was the Moto G stylus 2022. Most of the functions on my 2025 are kinda the same. My first hang-up was keeping it from snoozing off when I snapped it into the belt clip holster. The 2022 didn't do that. I believe I did everything the manual suggested. The next project, which is still ongoing is my Wi-Fi connection to my security cams is flacky and I have to switch to cellular even though I am 10 feet away from the gateway. I just recently found screen protectors that allow me to use the fingerprint sensor. Can't always believe what the manufacturer claims. The battery charger is super fast in comparison to my old phone. My wife got the same phone and her biggest concern was getting all of the updates to complete. It took her several days to get it done. The download would go half way and restart time after time. I didn't have that issue. Eventually I will have the configuration that works for me and this phone should be a good upgrade.

Hi WeekendWarrior, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the upgrade overall and noticing improvements like the faster charging and familiar Moto G Stylus features compared to your previous device. We understand that getting a new phone fully set up can take some adjustment, especially when it comes to settings like power behavior with accessories, Wi-Fi stability, and completing system updates. It’s also good to hear you were able to find a compatible screen protector that works with the fingerprint sensor, and that your own update process went smoothly. Your experience highlights a mix of great improvements and areas that take some fine-tuning during setup. We appreciate you taking the time to share these observations, and we hope that once everything is configured to your preference, the device continues to serve you and your wife well. This is my third Moto phone. They all last about 2 years before the software and the batteries are done. It does everything I need, charges fast, and the battery lasts all day. My only complaint is the the camera could be better.

This is quite a decent budget phone. My apps transferred well using the app on the phone, but files did not do so well. The clock app provided by Motorola has significantly less capabilities than my Samsung phone. It also doesn't have a hide app feature which I found helpful for infrequently used apps.

Bought this phone as a gift to replace a old Moto g (circa 2022). Motorola backloads a lot of unwanted apps that needed to be uninstalled. Handles financial apps without issue. It texts, makes and receives calls, Fakebook & messenger without issue. YouTube works fine. Camera takes pictures. Battery life is not the best. I think this phone is perfectly suited to the afore mentioned task.

Great device. Amazing screen with exemplary brightness especially outdoors. In the mid-range I am more of a Mediatek fan but the Snapdragon 6 gen 3 has been very impressive. It does not overheat like some of their other mid-rangers have in the past. So, great job to Qualcomm for that. The cameras are better than expected even in low light. The battery is not bad but the poled screen on high brightness could eat away at it a little. I highly recommend the Surf the web color as it is bright and stands out. The Gibraltar Blue is a dark shade and only looks decent in direct sunlight,
