Like playing blitz mixed with monsters I would recommend it

Wow! This is the spiritual successor for fans of Mutant League Football. It makes sense given this re-imaging was led by Michael Mendheim, the original creator and designer of Mutant League Football. Chills, thrills and spills happen to still show here in this game. It is a fun time for everyone as teams battle each other with extra pitfalls in your way of winning. Getting beat up after a tackle? Check. Having your teammate die? Check. Falling into lava pitfalls depending on the game's weather? Check. A sawblade that can cut you up? ... What? Yeah! It's there for sure! Everything you love about Mutant League Football is still here with a new twist. Paying off the ref and trash talking still included. The voice of Tim Kitzrow, which you remember from NBA Jam, is prominent in this game as well. Yes there is a M rating on this game, but it's more due to the violence of tackling and blood coming from monsters. If you're cool with your child watching horror/zombie films then this won't be problematic in my opinion. Now go on and make your fantasy warfare real! It's time to see which team can take down the Nuked London Hatriots! My money is on the Tokyo Terminators.

The best Football game on the market right now. It doesn't have MTXs and lootboxes, but it has: Blood - check; Post-play mayhem - check; Dirty Tricks - check; Funny commentaries and parody names - check; Multiple teams and arenas - check; Satisfying football mechanics - check. It's an arcade sport game, not a sport simulator or sport manager, easy to pick up and enjoy football mayhem on the field! Under $30 for the game is the best deal on the market.

This is an enjoyable arcade football game. My favorite part of the game is killing the opposing players. One game I won by forfeit for killing all the opposing quarterbacks. The bribe can be frustrating at times. Both bribes and killing can also be turned off if you don't like dealing with them. The entertaining commentary complements the game well.

This is a football games with ton of characters and a pretty good sport game.Teams have similar real team rosters but in a comically way.Did not expect much of the game but it proove me wrong is pretty fun deadly football arcade game.Give it a try!Hey its cheap and good yoir love it!

Got this for the GENESIS, back in the day, and got hooked on it as much as Madden. It's a lot more involved, this version, and a lot more to know but still loads of laughs and easy to control.

If you're a Football and Bloody games fan then this is the perfect game for you! It's really fun and has some cool looking characters! It also has al DLC that came out for this game. Highly recommend!

Amazing game. Fun to play. Feels like NFL Blitz with hard hits and it’s fun to see your opponents explode when hit real hard. Commentary adds fun and laughter to any game.

This game is a great childhood update. It is quite similar to the original version but updated graphics, more mechanics, and fun. The game was initially crowdfunded and failed but was released in a previous format, this is the complete edition and it is well worth it. I truly hope the hockey version comes out because that was my favorite. I prefer this game over any of the last 5 years of microtransaction filled sports games.

It's fun. Lots of options on how to change the gameplay and has a dynasty mode as well as a few others. If you can't stand Madden try this. It's something different but a throwback to some of the older football games that had a more arcade feeling to them. Four stars just for trying to be different when everything is going toward being the same.

Fun, old school remake with lots of sports and fighting.

This was one of the better Christmas purchases that I made. This brought back quite a few memories of my Sega Genesis days, playing this fun game. Love the graphics, how the characters beat up on each other, and of course the game commentary is really fun and uncensored. Parents, you may want to consider sending the little ones out of the room when playing. Lots of !@$^# talk! :-)

Loved this game as a kid on sega so when I saw it I knew I had to have it. Everything I remember and more with modern updated rosters resembling real life teams. This game is loads of fun a must have for football fans! Well worth the price!

This game is a hilarious parody of the NFL. Players have horror names that sound close to their real games. The commentary is hilarious. I advise to play with the uncensored version. If you were a fan of the old NFL Blitz games this scratches the itch. The gameplay is deep for an arcade football game.

Nfl blitz meets tales from the crypt. Hilarious commentary, fun gameplay with unique power ups that add an unexpected layer of strategy. Polished looking game also. Would recommend to fans of arcade football

I played the old MFL on genesis and also was a huge fan of NFL Blitz so I was hoping to find something sort of like Blitz gameplay. And it is close enough! MFL is a lot of fun. Cool arcade gameplay and funny mutant Shenanigans!

Used to play this on ps2 & loved it. Now its back and better than ever. Graphics are great, gameplay is awesome and so much fun. It's football with a funny and fun twist. If you haven't played it or try it and have fun. Definitely not Madden but way better in some ways

I bought this because I was a huge fan of Momster League Football from the 90’s on Sega Genesis. The game is a lot of fun. Career mode was kind of odd very hard starting out but got too easy on easy mode as I leveled my players.
