Since buying our house, we have been gradually replacing all our traditional switches with Lutron Caseta smart switches. After lots of research and trial and error with cheaper brands, it's clear why Lutron is the leader in the category. These things are just rock solid. They have never gone down, and the response time is instant. This is the one smart home product that just consistently works. Pair these with some Claro faceplates for a sharp modern look. Well worth the extra cost - these switches are flawless. We had no issue installing these even with zero prior experiencing with lighting or outlets.

I have been a Lutron Caseta user for over 5 years. Caseta is great system that always work. Once setup, you never have to mess with it. The reason why I ordered a new switch, it is for my new outdoor holidays power switch. Only complaint is the hub, it needs to be upgraded with Matter and Threat. As soon as Lutron brings the caseta hub up to date with Matter and Thread, I will be the first in line to order one.

I love these switches! I got these to control exterior lights in my home. I tried the dimmable ones first, but it didn't work b/c the bulbs are not LED and dimmable. So I bought these and it works great! I've put the dimmable ones in other areas of my home. Install was pretty easy too, as the instructions are straight forward. The Lutron Caseta app is easy to use and has an intuitive UI.

I’m replacing all of my unreliable wemo switches with Lutron Caseta switches, and even a few Caseta plugs. The build quality is excellent, installation is easy enough, and they just WORK. It does require a bridge, but I feel like the bridge takes some strain off my WiFi and works better because of the bridge.

currently upgrading all light switches and honestly can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything has been working as advertised. Installation was easy. Application is very intuitive. Love the schedule function! Integrated W/ Amazon Alexa flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Straight forward install. Can be handled by a novice if you know how to work with electricity. App has nice features, I.e. on at sunset, off at sunset. Senses smartphone presence to turn the switches on and off.

These are the best smart switches I’ve ever owned. I love the design. The app is great and easy to use. These switches are very easy simple and straightforward to install. Also, the best part is the tech support.

Very easy to install - Ive been using it for a couple of months now and it is a great addition. If I wake up hot or cold one voice command and the problem is solved

Great looking smart switch that I used to expand on my existing Caseta system. It was my fault for not reading the description well, but this switch (unlike the dimmers) do require a neutral to work. I happen to luck out that the switch box where this switch went to did have neutrals in the box so I was able to complete this switch upgrade without having to call an electrician.

I have a few of these Lutron smart switch around my house & there great. Easy setup & the app is very user friendly as well.

These are hands down the best smart switches you can buy. I have a total of 55 in my house. They are all controlled by Alexa. They are reliable and never disconnect from the internet. Controlling them away from home is pretty cool too.

They switched work great and integrate with hub. Bought higher wattage version for outdoor lights.

Been using this to control a bathroom vent fan. Easy HomeKit integration with hub and super responsive.

I have these controlling multiple lights and ceiling fans throughout the house. Work as advertised and love being able to co from everyone through Siri and Alexa

The item did not synched with ARRIS modem/router. It concluded that the ARRIS is not communicating consistently with the smart gadget.
