This thing has excellent suction and a great dust bin. It’s pretty quiet, not heavy but not a feather either. Easy to maneuver. Putting together was pretty easy. Scent cartridge around beater bars is actually useful! No headlight, but I don’t vacuum in the dark, or go behind any furniture, so your personal needs will vary! Fairly quiet. Cord is kind of short (could use another 4-5 feet) but it works fine in most rooms. Could use a powered pet attachment rather than the one it comes with that is just basic with no power. Requires more fiddling. It does not come apart for easier stair work. There are more expensive versions that do however. Dumping the dust bin is ridiculously easy and well designed. I’m really liking this unit! Bottom line is this works great for most users, and is both powerful and not overly expensive. So far, reliability has been fine, but I’ve only owned a couple months now so we will see. From what I understand, shark makes pretty durable stuff. The 5 year warranty was a big selling point, but also makes me believe they trust their own products!

As a mom of 3 under 5 and two huskies, I absolutely LOVE this vacuum! It picks up so much, the suction is amazing, the brush hasn’t had any hair wrapped around it, the ability to remove the whole handle to use for hard to reach areas is amazing, the weight is reasonable (especially if you don’t have the suction All the way up), and overall looks very nice and durable.

This vacuum has great suction and is very lightweight. However, it stopped working after 3 uses and had no way to clean the roller that is supposed to be self cleaning. It doesn't matter how self cleaning an item is, it still needs to be cleaned. Also, no headlights make it difficult to see.

Excellent vacuum, is easy to use, rechargeable so no cord to hastle with, pucks up everything,great for dog hair. I use it everydat due to ut being so easy to use. I love it!

I bought this vacuum after using a cheap one for years. I found this was the best mid-range price vacuum that would still do the job but not break the bank. I live in an apartment with three cats and there's ALOT of hair. After using the vacuum on the carpet for the first time, it pulled up hair and dust I didn't even know was hiding. The detachable hose makes it super easy to get behind and under furniture. I cannot speak on the longevity of this product, as I have only used it for a month, but from what I have seen, it works great!

I absolutely love my shark vacuums! They hold out so nice with dog hair. I have a full house and I use this vacuum on everything I can. Couches rugs cars beds kitchen and bathroom floors I use it for dust high places hard to reach places and it works amazingly! No hair in roller!! It is my favorite thing in my house!

This vaccuum is amazing! I had previously been using a cheap vaccuum from amazon that barely picked anything up, so when we made the switch the difference was noticible. Our carpet was noticibly softer and had its fluffy appearance again. The amount of hair and dust picked up was also incredible. We have two dogs and two cats so the fact this vaccuum was able to comb through the carpet to get the debris + pet hair was fantastic! The cord is also long so you dont have to worry too much about constantly unplugging the unit. The head of the vaccuum is surprisingly manueverable so its able to vaccuum corners easily. The accesories it came with are also nice, especially the brush attachment to get crumbs off the couch.

The suction power is impressive, even on carpets where pet hair tends to get stuck in my carpets. It pulls up so much fur that I’m amazed my dog has so much hair! The brush roll doesn’t get tangled as easily as my old vacuum, and the detachable canister makes it super easy to empty without making a mess. Overall, this Shark vacuum has been a game changer for keeping pet hair under control. If you have furry friends and struggle with constant shedding, this is absolutely worth the investment!

I am very happy w/ my new Shark vacuum I purchased at Best Buy. The greatest asset to my cleaning business- It’s the best vacuum I have ever owned!

After fighting with our upstairs-vacuum for 20 years (burning/broken belts and hair in the brush), I finally had the chance to replace it. HOLY COW what a difference!! FIRST, assembly is simple, and everything feels like it is good quality. SECOND, I didn't know it came with so many filters! As soon as I switched it on for the very first time, the canister turned TAN. After vacuuming the entire second floor, I ended up with 10 OUNCES OF DUST!! YES, it was so shocking I weighed it all! The brand new filters were also tan. I was worried the odor thingy would smell too much, but it doesn't. I also tried the hose, and it is interesting... the handle tube is part of the setup. I was able to clean under an end table for the first time in YEARS! Time will tell if the roller (aka: beater bar) actually stays hair-free. I didn't think it looked capable of digging into carpet nap, but the photo of the dust proves I was wrong. All I know is I may actually ENJOY vacuuming now!!!

This is powerful and capable for its pricepoint. It is consideracly more powerful than our older vacuum and is great at getting pet hair. Not having the felt strip at the front helps alot with the hair

Absolutely love it!! Easy to use, lightweight, hepa filter cuts down on odor, spin brush stays untangled ina home w 5 pets & long hair.

This Vacuum is small but POWERFUL, light but WELL BUILTED and EFFICIENT as a SHARK!!!

Vacuum is a tad on the heavier size but what can you expect from something built as well as this . The suction is great , on the off chance you suck up a sock( dont ask) its incredibly easy to get out of the tube.

It has great suction, great maneuverability, and is easy to use with practical attachments.

I got this vacuum to deal with pet hair and my own long hair and it’s amazing. Every other vacuum I’ve ever had ends up ruined from hair even with me cleaning and cutting the hair out regularly. And they get ruined fast. So far I haven’t had to clean hair out of this one and I’ve used it several times. Highly recommend!
