Esthetically pleasing. Lightweight. Basically pulls itself across the carpet! VERY strong suction—watch out for cords/wires nearby. Cleans carpets very well. Easy to empty and clean. Replacement parts seem really available on Shark’s site. Very happy with my purchase—my favorite vacuum yet, and I have owned many of different brands, but this is my first Shark.

This vacuum is so versatile and has great power. We have dogs and it is great at picking up dog hair. I can now reach the spider webs on the ceiling with ease. Bravo!!!

After looking at lots of shark vacuums I decided on this one mainly because the product photographs showed it with the pet hair attachment the hardwood floor attachment and a little sled/caddy you could use to pull around the canister portion. I figured since it was more expensive than other shark models that looked like this one that was the difference in price. However when I received it it only includes the crevice tool the small brush and a small upholstery tool (see photo) none of the other things. It’s a great vacuum and works like my last Shark but the last one included more attachments & a bag to keep them in. Now I will have to spend more to get the things I thought I was getting with this one. Best Buy should remove those photos of the optional items or label it better. Refer to the detailed product description to see the what’s included portion fine print. it still looks to be a great vacuum but I was disappointed that it didn’t include the pet and hardwood stuff.

I was apprehensive at first in purchasing an upright. We have 2 flights of stairs in our house. Have a Dyson & it was not very good when using attachments for stairs or furniture. This Shark is great !! Not too heavy and attachments work great and love the feature that allows you to remove the canister & use it on the caddy or just to hold it. The suction is just as good as my old Dyson if not better!!!

This unit is incredible; it is a very strong suction unit and is easy to manipulate, has lots of extras, and is fairly light for what it does.

It's a amazing vacuum it picks up everything in its path so please don't leave anything on the ground.

I love it because is easy to drive, manage, and clean. I am owner of a beautiful hairy cat and my concern was that it would not pick up the hairs from carpet which color is cherry, but to my surprise it clean it so well that my carpet looked like new again!

After looking at other vacuums around the same price I choose this one. I like that when I need to clean base boards a just push a button and the wand is ready to go. When I’m done I just snap it back on and can resume cleaning the door. Picks up cat hair, litter, and kid crumbs great. Easy to clean and I love that the filters can be cleaned at home.

I was so excited to receive the vacuum after being disappointed with previous other brands. After researching and reading numerous reviews I was sold. It’s amazing! It picks up so much dust and dirt it will almost freak you out. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Definitely worth every coin. I now vacuum for fun!

Bought a $450 Dyson Animal Vacuum that was declared to be the best out there. After only using it a few times, the functionally started to decline! After reviewing the online ratings for the Shark, this vacuum has exceeded all expectations! Will definitely recommend to family & friends! #teamshark

This is the best vacuum that I have ever used. This thing has my carpet looking brand new and that’s usually hard for me to accomplish with three dogs in the house.

“Shark”name is synonymous with its performance ! It not only lifts debris, the swivel option makes it easy to slide into areas which an upright vaccum cleaner cannot reach. Highly recommend!!

This bagless easy to handle vacuum cleaner picks up pet hair (we have a 70 lb. Golden) and tracked in dirt from both carpets and tiles better than our last 2 units and it is light and stores away easily.

This vacuum has everything you want and more! Multiple attachments enable you to vacuum most all surfaces in your home. Excellent getting rid of cat hair on couch and carpet.

I have been live in United States many years but I couldn't find a excellent vacuum cleaner and was very disappointed then one day I found shark that is amazing vacuum cleaner. I never seen cleaning like shark do.

Easy assembly, great suction. The only draw back is power button located on low side of vacuum.

Vacuum cleaner worked well; however was so light weight that it tipped over very easily when using attachments. Housing very light weight plastic not very durable. When vacuum tipped plastic clip that holds suction hose in place broke.

I've spent as much as $1500.00 on vacuum cleaners and NOT one of them rivals The Shark Rotator Professional Lift-Away. This machine is easy to assemble, it took less than 3 minutes to put it together. Once I got it together, I plugged it in AND was surprised at how quiet this vacuum cleaner is and due to the fact it's light weight, it's easy to maneuver but don,'t let that fool you into thinking it's poorly made or isn't powerful. The This vacuum cleaner is bagless and and the canister that collects what the vacuum is picking up is clear. I was shocked to see what was coming up of my carpets. I have a no shoe policy after you enter the front door of my home and I do vacuum everyday, or so I thought I did. This vacuum cleaners brush REALLY GETS IN THE CARPET. And combined with the powerful suction I was mortified with what came up in the canister. It's and attachment reaches all those hard to get to areas with ease and the upholstery attachment made my couches look brand new. This machine converts from an upright to a canister easily! There's a dusting attachment that will only remove the dust and leave what you don't want vacuumed up. It's perfect for ceiling fans, I didn't need a step stool because the wand attachment with the actually reaches those hard to reach places without losing any suction. I'm 5'2" and its no problem reaching the top of the blades of the ceiling fans. Bottom line,there's not one negative thing I've found with this vacuum, and ask that it can do for you will take to long to list. You might not think even think you need a new vacuum cleaner, I didn't think I needed one. I thought wrong.
