Works right away as soon as you plug it into a PC or laptop. Setup is basically instant, and you can connect to Wi-Fi within seconds. The connection is fast and reliable with no hassle. Highly recommended if you want something quick and easy to use.

Pretty simple widget. Price was very good & it works exactly as advertised. I plugged it into a USB 2 port on my PC and it performs well. I get 40 Mbps on download and upload.

This nano device is the best I have found. I had a different brand adapter and when I change my Wi-Fi to high speed fiber Internet, that device did not work. I decided to buy the one from Netgear. As soon as I connected this device to my laptop, It started working at the high-speed 5 MHz connection. It is a very reliable device. I will recommend it to anyone.

Completely solved the problem I've been having with my wifi disappearing off my laptop. Now this adapter seeks out the wifi instead of a corrupted part of my laptop.

The connection is so great that I have no connectivity issues. My only complaint is I didn't know I'd have to do a direct connection to the internet to set it up. That was a little tough since I had already set up my desktop and I had to undo the setup to download the software but that was a one time thing. So make sure to download the software before setting up your desktop.

It worked well, and connected instantly to the network without any issues. I would recommend.

Used on an early 2000s PC that was restored from factory image. Win 7, pre SP1, usb 2, etc, etc. No wifi adapter. Note: download driver package on thumbdrive if installing on a pre window 10 machine. In fact, i recommend having it ready regardless.

Works well now that the software was downloaded and installed. My laptop was having an issue connecting to WiFi so I was instructed to get an USB Adapter. In order to use this particular adapter you have to download the software from the website - which is hard to do if you do not have internet connection... In the end I had to use the Mobile Hotspot from my phone to connect my laptop to the internet and then was able to get install software to be able to use the Adapter. I guess some adapters come with the software installed already and once you plug into laptop it installs automatically - so just be aware that this is not the case with this specific one.
