Ordered this router in-store & it was delivered within 48hrs to my home. Set-up was quick & easy using the available Nighthawk app. Came with ethernet & phone cables included. Love the app for monitoring purposes. Modem & router connected to my Google Nest Hub. Excellent Wi-Fi 6 range/coverage. Much improved over my previous set-up. Purchased this on sale & also received an additional 15% discount on router for turning in my old/previous cable/modem. I highly recommend this router for anyone looking to upgrade their router...

After purchasing this router, I was quite surprise how easy it was to set this up. It was truly plug and play. It was setup in the basement and signal is very good.

Replaced my router from Spectrum and this worked much better, as expected. No issues at all in the last 2 months and was pretty easy to set up!

Works as advertised. One has to remember that the square feet of coverage advertised is a radius extending from the unit in all directions, so if you put this in a corner of your house, 3/4 of the coverage area is outside of your house. Can't always locate the router in the center of your home, so plan your coverage needs accordingly. The setup is a bit complex, and the instructions could be clearer. But after a bit of head scratching and some guessing as to what the instructions really meant, setup was completed.

Fortunately after my frustrating attempts to set it up with my Spectrum modem, I found a an online tech video that assisted my steps and it is working fine now - I have only computers attached - no TV streaming

Nothing special, easy to setup and use. App is a nice little addition to make it easy to change settings. Good throughput speeds over WiFi

This is a very fast step up from the last wi-fi router I had. It does a wonderful job for streaming, no buffering. The price was acceptable.

Finally installed the Netgear RAX9 Nighthawk WiFi6 model with a little technical help from their customer service team. Excellent service! It provides strong WiFi reception and provides updates and technical information via the app.

I have the latest 6G Comcast router to provide wifi service in my house. Unfortunately it does not connect with my HP Officejet Pro 8600 nor my 6 gen 12.9 inch iPad Also my lenovo laptop does not have uninterrupted wifi connection. The Netgear AX1800 took care of all my connectivity issues and all I did was to connect it to my comcast router. The only wrinkle is the wifi name is different than my Comcast wifi fame. So I had to add the Netgear wifi name to all my devices. Overall very very happy. Much better than even the TP 8600 Deco link which I bought and returned (it kept dropping the connection)

This Netgear router works,No issues on the last weeks.l give 4 starts because is still new. The setup took me some time,but finally l did it.

Works well. Installation instructions were online, and I couldn't get online because I needed the new router installed! Conversation with Jacob at the Geek Squad helped a lot.
