Loved my hair straightener as it performed beautifully. Unfortunately it stopped working after 5 months. The heat indicator showed it was heating up at 420. Yet it was very cold to the touch. I reset it twice and tried again the next day. Same. Total crap. I kept the tag attached after my purchase for a 1 year warranty. It has been only 5 months I’ve owned it until it broke. I scanned the code and answered all the questions for the warranty and then I was instantly thrown off their website! I tried it again 3 times and same. Total SCAM

This ionic air straightening brush is so very nice. I like the easy roll temp. settings button that stays where you put it. It nicely “reduces drying time and minimize damage” over time because of this ionic technology. I feel that it gets close to the cuticles to lock in moisture and reduces static and smooths hair from roots to tips! I think that nicebay is very nice accessory item.

Works great, i domt know what else to add, its a flat iron it works like others.
