I am giving this company that makes and sells NightOwl, hangs up on the customer when called to try and understand why, the email page says "NightOwl has closed connections and then I called 3 times to have the support representative hang up on me, and all I was trying to do is get the Manual to operate the security cameras, you would think this would have been simple.

If you received a message stating your connection was closed, please note there was a recent issue where some devices appeared offline, but this has been resolved. We recommend restarting (rebooting) your DVR and mobile device, then trying again.
