With the included 2TB hard drive, the DVR automatically overwrites the oldest recordings when the hard drive becomes full, so there isn't a fixed 7- or 30-day limit. If you're recording on motion, footage may be stored much longer than with 24/7 continuous recording. Whether you can view recordings from one or two months ago depends on your system's usage and settings.
