I’ve been using the Nikon 600mm f/6.3 PF with my Nikon Z8, and so far I’m really impressed with it. I mainly bought it for bird and wildlife photography, and the reach is amazing. The pictures are very sharp, and I’m able to get details on birds that are pretty far away. What surprised me the most is how light and easy this lens is to carry around for a 600mm lens. I can spend hours outside with it without feeling like I’m carrying something huge and heavy. The autofocus is fast, and the VR does a great job, especially when shooting handheld. I’ve gotten some really nice shots with it already. The only thing I would say is that f/6.3 can be a little challenging when the light starts getting low, but in good daylight, this lens is fantastic. I’m really happy with the purchase. If you’re into bird or wildlife photography and want a lot of reach without carrying around a huge lens, I definitely recommend it.
