They are not, however, compatible with the regular Joy-Con on the original Switch. These wheels can only be used for the new Joy-Con 2, which cannot be used on Switch 1.

Perfect for toddlers!
I bought this for my 4 year old to play Mario kart with me. I turned on all the assists and she is able to play with me by just steering! It’s perfect and exactly what I was looking for so both my daughter and I could play together.
