Great game and collector edition items. Comes with a great concept art book around 49 pages, Beautiful switch size Steelbook case, soundtrack disc and 4 pin set. Gameplay is similar to Sakura Wars and is a lot of fun. If you like turn based battle games with great story then this is the game for you.

I jumped into this game without any prior knowledge and I have to say that it’s a mixed bag. The story is fine and characters are fun but honestly the “tactical rpg” portion of the game is very lackluster. And the action in this game was very watered down since no action scenes occurre, it was usually descriptions of what was going on. For a Re:Zero game in the Re:Zero franchise, i expected quality. Aside from a good story but terrible gameplay, it’s worth noting that this game should be $40 since the story is beyond short and not many diverging paths are present. $40 plus the goodies for the collectors edition for a total of 90 dollars is somewhat worth it. Unless you’re a super fan and want some decent merchandise, I’d skip or wait for a price drop on either the standard or regular edition. After beating the game, I went to the anime and it did do a more serviceable job than the game.

I have never played any games in this series, seen any media related to it nor really played any similarly styled JRPGs. Lovin it and glad I purchased a Switch to play it.

Great limited release that includes a book of game character art and the soundtrack. A must have for anyone who loves anime or games in general.

Awesome Game. Goes through the story from the anime. Fun game play. My girlfriend loves it.

Game is very much story to this point, characters chatting on the screen. not much action (yet) A little disappointing so far considering the series. I hear it doesn't get much better. Get a standard version or skip it entirely. It almost entirely relies on being a super fan. Extras are fine, haven't gone through them too extensively but the pins are not the highest quality art.

Awesome Collector Edition for this superb game. Love the anime series and now loving this game. It is rich and the characters are awesome.

So much value for the price only complaint is one of the pins in the pin collection was semi faded but thats a factory issue.

Love it and the art is great. My sisters love watching the show and they got so excited when this came out for the switch.

I’ve seen one review that says this is for the Uber fan. I’m inclined to agree. Not sure that it’s a great value for the money a standard edition would suit almost everyone.

Haven’t seen the anime yet but I do enjoy a mystery. The items that came with the game are nice too.

Good game can be a little slow at times but is a good game have never played before this one.

It would make an enjoyable Visual Novel game for those familiar with the series. It is a "what if" scenario based on the events of the second half of season one. It was marketed as a tactical game, but do not be fooled. This game is 75+% VN. The tactical portions are fun to figure out but occur once every few hours of gameplay.

Definitely good for fans of Re:Zero; however, if you are not a fan, I would avoid this game. Expect this to be a typical light novel and be happily surprised, the strategy elements are minimal.

My nephew wanted this and was super excited when he got it. It did the job!

I bought this cause I like story games. Haven't and won't open it. I give it 5 stars because the Town Center employees were fast and friendly. Also no dents on the box and clear wrapping wasn't torn. Love story games in general
