Bought this glasses on april 21 online it took 4 days to arrive to stored to pick them up, they where a birthday surprises for my husband cause he's been wanting them. Finally bough it, a month of barely used and battery doesn't last and they won't connect to the cell phone cause the light doesn't changed to blue, after paying 649 at best buy cause we add the extra 2 years warranty, and we said lets take it to the store see what they can do, well two persons from customer service check them no luck they said sit down on geek squad see if he can check them so i wait he check them out, he notices they diffective after a Month ,so i have to option returned and get the money, or get a exchange and buy the warranty again wich is unfair, and also you can contact the manufacturer directly and expend time with them , they may send you a new one but also cause if you get a new pair trough the manufacturer cause is not from best buy you still lose the 129 you paid extra for the 2 years warranty wich is not even 3 ,6 or a year of used.THIS IS NOT FAIR as a customer that is been buying all her electronics at best buy .

Only redeeming quality the Oakley lens. The fit, the battery life, and the image quality are not good. They clamp down so hard it creates massive hot spots. The image is heavily processed and looks horrible. Not being able to shoot in landscape mode is an absolute miss. There's a length cap to each clip you record. Meta function was miss more than hit while on the bike. The pieces that match the lens on the temple started discoloring within a cpl weeks to the point that they mismatched heavily. The touch controls are not very responsive. I could not get more than an hour and half out of these things on a ride. That was with minimal camera and music usage. There's better options from lesser known brands the market.

I bought these and they work great, great video, great pics, decent AI. After about a week, they stopped charging and gave a fatal error. So I take them back. Best Buy is great, no questions asked, swapped them out. Tech isn't perfect, sometimes you just get a dud. The second pair? Same thing, worked great for a week then fatal error. This time I'm just returning and getting my money back. I wish they worked because I loved them but I can't exchange them weekly.

The battery isn’t good enough for heavy use while doing a sport but the quality of video and speakers and microphones are fantastic

Here’s a shorter, clearer version: As a runner, these glasses add no value for me. My long runs are 2+ hours, and the battery consistently drops to 10% and dies, nowhere near the expected battery life. The glasses look cool, but they are too heavy for serious running, the audio is poor, and Meta’s response is slow and disappointing. I also tried to start a warranty repair because the battery seems defective, but I received no response for over a week. For a $500 product, this has been an awful experience. I’m done with them and would rather use a lighter setup with Bose.

The actual quality of the lenses on these things are second to none. That’s why I still give them one star they claim a battery life of 12 hours. I run between 2 to 3 hours at a time and I could never complete a three hour run on a single charge. I am not taking video. I am not using any of the AI features and I am only listening to music. When you claim a 12 hour battery life I expect at least half of that. These just are not ready for what they claim.

They are cool but not as the way they sell it. I wouldn’t recommend it but them I like oakleys glasses but the smart things is not necessary

Could not get it to pair with my phone, I tried many ways and wasted about 2 hours.

These things are worthless. Stopped working within two weeks out or the blue. I'm on the website trying to process a return by mail and I'm getting no where

There is no logical reason for these glasses. I tried to involve it in my day to day activities. I’m not a heavy social media user so I didn’t find a valid use case. I won’t even speak of the software issues experienced.

The idiot ordered me the wrong ones then said it’d be 3 more weeks to get the right ones…
