My Husky tends to drink water very messily—splashing it everywhere! Could he get electrocuted if water spills near the pump or electrical parts?
Answered by OneIsAllThank you for your question. Please rest assured, our water fountain is certified with FCC and designed with multiple overlapping safety features to make it perfectly safe : ①Ultra-Low, Safe Voltage: this dog fountain operates on a 5V DC power supply, which is far below safety threshold for humans and pets. Even in highly unlikely event of a malfunction, this low voltage has no risk of electrocution. ②Complete Water-Electricity Isolation: its electric pump motor and all circuitry are fully sealed and waterproof within a separate, protected compartment. The water your pet drinks flows through a dedicated, closed-loop system that never comes into contact with any electrical components. This is the fundamental design that prevents any risk of shock.
