Does the water fountain comes with any warranty?
Answered by OneIsAllOur store offers a 2-year warranty on all products. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact us. We will replace the faulty item for free, provided it's not due to misuse or intended damage.
How many filters does the package include? Do I have to change it?
Answered by OneIsAllThank you for your question! The standard packaging includes 3 filter sets, sufficient for 3 months of use.Regular cleaning and replacement are essential because the pump and filters continuously remove impurities (e.g., hair, dust) from flowing water, causing gradual buildup. To ensure your pet always enjoys fresh, clean water, we recommend: Cleaning filter: Every 1–2 weeks (based on visible dirt). Replace filter: Every 2–4 weeks (depending on filter condition).
