Questions & Answers
So it says don't wash the base? Then how do we clean the base that pushes the food down?
Answered by OneIsAllThe feeder isn’t waterproof. For cleaning, please detach the food tray and top cover only. Gently wipe the stirring area with a lightly damp cloth. Always dry thoroughly before adding new food to avoid spoilage.
Hi can i just use it on battery?
Answered by OneIsAllYes, this product offers dual power options: use the included AC adapter or install 3 D batteries (batteries not included; please prepare and install them yourself).
exactly how big is the bowl? dimensions? flat or really a bowl shape? can two cats feed out of it at the same time?
Answered by OneIsAllThe bowl measures 5.98" W × 6.50" L × 1.89" H— it’s wide and shallow to reduce whisker stress. While two cats can eat from it at once, we recommend the Oneisall PFD-002 model with dual bowls to prevent food competition and ensure calm, separate feeding.
