Customer Ratings & Reviews

As an OtterBox Defender user for years I didn't think twice about ordering a new case online. The Forest green color, however, did not match well with my now always-on Home screen so returned to Best Buy to exchange it for a black one. In the store I also compared the Commuter and Symmetry cases but opted for the more protective Defender. Interestingly, the black case in my hands had a better grip. Cudos to Best Buy for carrying such a great selection of cases for the new phones.

Great case. Had this on my last iPhone and love the case. Don’t have to worry about it slipping out of your hands

I have no problems with my case. Its very durable and i love the black color.

Product worked great until I crack appeared in the screen protector. I will be contacting manufacture for replacement.

After happily using several Otterbox cases/holsters, Otterbox failed. This purchase was an exact replacement for a failed ~2 year old Otterbox Defender hardcase that wouldn't stay in the holster due to visible wear of the tabs that were supposed to lock it in. Never abused in any way. Noticed strange wear of the tabs shortly after purchase. Still recommending Otterbox, but if this one does the same, probably won't again.

As always, a good purchase. Durable, easy to use, protective, A bit costly, but lives up to expectations.

iPhone Otterbox is very sturdy and protects the phone well. It makes the phone easy to grip during use.

This is a great case, good protection, good grip, and a nice case to support it on your belt

Works as intended , my old one just got worn out after about 3 yrs

Oh As one before and it worked god so I bought another

Game changer for protection! Was new to the size of pro max .. this saved my phone so many times worth every cent!!

Great fit and protection. Otter is the best protection for the iphone in my opinion.

Most people but those less expensive covers for the huge investments. Some say because they have insurance etc. But news flash - your insurance will cover, pay a deductible and lose value since the replacement parts are not original. Using otterbox has full protection and of case not manipulated and phone gets damaged - receive a new one - all original parts. No brainer.

This is a great case! It holds up, it doesn’t slip. Definitely worth the money!

Otterbox is on top of their game when it comes to protecting your devices!

Leo was the best help for us . Great personality and very patient with my father .grest employee

Fits perfectly, great product. Protects phone extremely well.

In my opinion this is the best case for the iPhone. Gives great protection and looks nice.

The best you can get in protecting your valuable investment. I have never been let down and never damaged any of my iPhones. Sleek great looking not bulky. I use seamlessly with glass screen protection. All phones I turn in are in absolutely excellent condition with not even a scuff or scratch after many drops.

I have always used the Defender series. I love their products. My iPhone 12 I left on the top of my car. When I was driving down a major street I heard my phone fall off my car as I was driving 45 miles a hour. Someone found my phone and when I called my phone they had it. Not a scratch or dent on my phone!! If that doesn’t show what an excellent product it is I don’t know what else would
