I’ve utilized OtterBox products for many years. And I’ve never had any problems with the hard shell cases for any cell phone or iPhone models I’ve owned. The only issues I’ll say is that the hinge pins of the locking clip in the belt clip holster (now sold separately) can, at times, break, when trying to stand your phone upright on any solid surface top. And that can become inevitable with very excessive prolonged 2 to 3 years usage. Other than that issue the overall usage reliability goes way past a 10 out of 10 for me. Whether I’m walking anywhere, sitting at some kind of an event, or cleaning at my home, the OtterBox Defender series case for my current iPhone 15 Pro Max delivers what I need. Also, as an added bonus from OtterBox to us, I cannot ever get enough of the Defender Series Pro XT Hard Shell clear case. It looks and feels much slimmer while still protecting my phone, and completely allowing me to comfortably see my cell phone’s color.

Otterbox cases are a standard for me and my families cell phones. They offer excellent protection, ease of use and great functionality. It’s nice, just having the peace of mind that your phone is encased in a high level of protection.

Great protective cover if you are in construction. I work in the drywall trade and this cover works well for my phone especially when I drop it. The warranty on this was also great as I had to get it replaced by Otter box once when the rubber started stretching.

Protects phone, but I have had problems charging it with MagSafe charger and nightstand charger.
